The water was beating against my face for the second time that day.

I heard Hunter calling my name and I hoped that I hadn't beat him yesterday just because he was really surprised.

As I was thinking I didn't pay attention and I tripped over a log which didnt completely trip me but in order to catch myself I had to slow down.

I was about to reach a clearing when I was tackled.

I fell to the ground with a thud.

I tried to get up but the person on top of me was too strong. I knew it was Hunter.

I remembered why I had been running and I began to flail and cry because there was nothing I could do under Hunter's weight.

I continued to cry like a baby until I was lifted into the air.

" Put me down," I screamed as I looked into his deep blue eyes and his perfect face.

The wind blew his raven black hair out of his face and I couldn't help but notice how comfortable I was in his embrace.

I was almost calm until I realized that I was forced to love him forever against my will.

I glared at him, " Put me down," I screamed again as I started crying.

I continued to kick but he just looked at me.

The next thing I knew his lips were crushed into mine in a body melting kiss.

His tongue asked entrance to my mouth and even though my inner wolf screamed to let him in the human part of me was still in control.

I wrapped my fingers into a fist and for the third time, I punched hot guy from a different pack.

He groaned in pain then turned to glare at me, " What the hell was that for," he said and I smiled in my mind.

" That was for kissing me," I practically screamed at him.

He smirked. " I didn't hear you complaining," he said leaning up against a tree.

" That is because you were to busy trying to shove your tounge down my throat," I fired back, his smirk staying plastered on his face.

" I'm allowed to do that anytime I want not only am I a powerful alpha but I'm also your mate and I've gotten tons of practice," he said, his smirk growing even wider as a disgusted look came onto my face.

" Not only did you just admit to me that you are a sexist bastard, but you also helped me prove my next comment," I said and he stood up from the tree.

" Oh, and what's that sexy," he asked.

" We aren't meant to be together. I don't want to be with a guy that with bed with sluts if he isn't entertained enough with me," I said turning to start running again.

He reached out and grabbed my wrist making me yelp, a little because of the pain and a little because of the surprise.

" I always get what I want," he growled not letting go of my wrist.

" Go knock up Addison," I said referring to a girl at school that was probably not a virgin because of Hunter.

" Already have," he said smirking as though that would faze me but it didn't.

I stomped on his foot then took off running.

" That doesn't seem like it should stop you," I said over my shoulder as tears began streaming down my face and I continued running.

" Why are you crying over him," I asked myself.

" Your not," my wolf said, suprising me," your crying because your being forced by fate to become mates with a man that will keep messing around with other wolves,"

I hit a clearing and stopped.

Hunter had somehow gotten lost behind me but I could still barely smell him.

I heard a low growl and I spun around to see three humongous wolves step out of the bushes.

I gasped, knowing I could take on one maybe two but three all together would kill me.

" What does it matter, if you don't have a mate you can't survive, now that you have actually met him," my inner wolf said.

" Fine, it will be a half homicide half suicide death," I thought, not wanting to live anymore.

I got out of my defensive crouch and stood with my arms outstretched, leaving my vital organs wide open for attack.

The other wolves relaxed a little but not completely.

One of the wolves snarled and lept at me.

I instinctively stepped out of the way, sending the grey wolf barreling past me.

It did it again but with the same results.

" Damn it, stupid self-preservation," I swore under my breath.

I turned to the group of wolves and looked at the biggest one who was now glaring at me or so I assumed it was hard to tell in wolf form.

" Look, I know your going to kill me but can you make it fast," I asked.

The biggest wolf looked at me and I knew it was getting ready to communicate with the others.

I focused on them and I was able to join in on their conversation in their minds.

I had been able to do this for a while but according to Lacey, all the wolves she knew couldn't do that.

" We can't spare her, the alpha would have our hides," the smallest wolf thought.

" Yes, but we can honor her wish to make it quick," the biggest wolf thought and they all agreed.

I sighed with relief and they turned to me, the biggest one nodding it's head.

I put my arms above my head, leaving my chest exposed.

The all began circling me and I watched each of them.

" Hurry up, my arms are getting tired," I complained and I chuckled to myself.

" Wierd, I'm pretty sure that most people don't request their death," I thought.

I suddenly felt teeth sink into my chest and pain shooting throughout me.

This pain was the worst I had felt since I had taken the gun wound from Lacey but then again this was worse.

The wolf snarled and yanked it's mouth off me as though I had burned it.

Blackness began to close in and I closed my eyes, willing it to take me quickly.

I couldn't help it but as the blackness had almost enveloped my mind I summoned my last ounce of energy.

I howled in my human form, a long, mournful howl, before collapsing.

I heard a desperate howl return and I knew it was Hunter.

" Ha, he'll never reach me in time," I thought weakly before the blackness completely consumed my mind.

Sorry I couldn't write more.
