Chapter 11

The three pairings departed from spirit at the train station. He wished them luck then the train headed back towards death city with him on board.

The air was frigid and snow fell over them as they began towards their destination. Everyone was bundled in their winter gear and The wind was rather mellow at the moment; As they walked it would prove to become an issue. As they continued towards the cave the pathway became more narrow and the snow piles on the hills were thicker.

Miyoko looked up at the peeks and froze when she thought she sensed another soul join them. She looked up and saw something move on the tops. She narrowed her eyes and remained silent. Claude looked at her and raised an eyebrow.

"Miyoko?" He asked stepping closer to her. The soul on the tops went out of sight. She placed a finger over her mouth for a moment and she listened again. She heard something move behind them quickly, she narrowed her eyes.

"Transform." She demanded and he did so quickly, she spun around and blocked the kishin as it swung to strike her down. She held her ground against the large kishin as it tried to push her back. She examined the kishin in a quick glance, it's skin was dark brown as well as cold and firm.

Smacking her back using it's other arm, she was sent into the mountain side, causing the earth to shake She picked herself up quickly and began running with her weapon now in his holster.

"GET INTO THE CAVE NOW!" She demanded as she began running towards the others. As they all ran towards the cave the icey packing snow came crashing down the large mountain. The snow plowed down on the kishin, burying it in an instant.

Miyoko and the others crashing into eachother as they were pushed quickly by the rushing snow at. Some of them pushed under the snow slightly, Miyoko was slightly under the powdery snow and dusted herself off quickly. Standing up she checked for Claude. She sighed in relief when he was in his holster, she looked into the darkness, hoping for the others.

"Everyone okay?" She questioned.
There were a few groans, she counted off the voices she heard and sighed in relief when everyone spoke up.

"From this point it's probably best for weapons to stay in weapon form." Theodore stated and Miyoko nodded. There was a slight glow in the cave as the weapons tranformed, Miyoko looked over to where she sensed theodore's soul.

"Can you light Isabella's flame? Give us some light?" She spoke in her sweet voice but something about her tone seemed a bit more confident. Theodore smiled, nodding he spun Isabella in mallet form and she lit bright, illuminating the large cave. "Thank you Theo." Miyoko immediately looked around and looked at the others. She saw blackstar smirking like an idiot ready with Tsubaki in chain scythe mode, Theodore was watching Miyoko. She started down the cave. "Well theres no looking back now." She shrugged at their situation.

The group started walking down the cave. Only thing they heard besides their footsteps echo was the occasional dripping into a puddle somewhere in the cave. The cave began getting wider and harder for them to see where the walls were, but then suddenly came to a fork in the path. There were now three paths in which the teams could take.

"Cool! We can all take one path." Blackstar started down one pathway, Miyoko looked at them and shook her head grabbing Blackstar's arm quickly.

"I don't think it is best for us to split up." She looked at blackstar having an uneasy feeling.

"How else are we gonna find out which it is?" Blackstar asked and Theodore looked around. He started down the path to the right.
