Chapter 28: I love you

Liza Pov
I still couldn't see or feel anything. But i heard something.
"Please Liza? Don't give up?" They cried. "I just got you back. I have been looking for you for a month! I can't loose you again!" The voice cried.
A voice I had been longing to hear. A voice that I had imagined for awhile. One that i had eventually forgotten. David's. It was David's voice. God how much i had missed him. How much I wished i had just forgiven him right there. My love for him hasn't disappeared. I don't think it can.
I finally felt something then. Warmth from my hand. Something wrapped around it. David's hand. I fought so hard. Just to give him a sign. I finally gave his hand a squeeze.
"Liza!?!?" David jumped.
I kept fighting. Eventually a bright light blinded my vision. But soon David came into view.
"Liza!...." he cried.
I slowly sat up. Looking at him. Tears fell down my face. He quickly pulled me into a hug.
"Liza?" He asked.
I said nothing.
"Say something?" He pleaded.
I remained silent.
"Are you still upset with me?" He whispered.
I quickly shook my head.
"Then say something." He pleaded once again.
I slowly shook my head again. I can't say anything. I slowly became quieter while i was...... away.
I looked up at him and pointed to my mouth and shook my head.
"Your mute?" He asked.
I slowly nodded my head letting the tears fall.
"Hey, It's okay! You don't have to talk." He said pulling me into another hug.
"I love you so much." He said.
I pulled away and made a heart with my hands then pointed to him.
I love you.
