Star Wars~ The Last Jedi Fanfiction! Reylo!

To Hope,

(I'm going to curse once or twice in this chapter. This is just a note for those of you who do not like cursing.)

Ben Solo's POV

I just had a little "chat" with my mother. I can't believe her. She thinks Rey is trying to seduce me to the dark side! I tried to tell her that she was the one who persuaded me to switch sides, but she doesn't want to listen. My mother thinks she knows whats best for me! This is why I hate this family..........we all think we know whats best for one another. I stew about in my new room, obviously angry. As I do so, I realize something. I have picked the wrong side. I can't stay here, I just can't. I can't stay on the light side any longer, I can't deal with my family. But if I went back to the dark side they would blame Rey for it, they would blame Rey for all of this. I couldn't let Rey suffer like that, she is the way to precious to sacrifice my own needs for her own.

"Ben....." I hear Rey call out to me.

I turn around to see her. She's standing here in all of her glory. She tries to look strong, to make herself not look weak, but I have seen that look on my face before. I take a step forward and cup my hand on her cheek gently. She smiles slightly, not making eye contact with me, but glancing at my hand.

"I know what my mother said, she told me everything. She thinks she knows whats best for me, but she doesn't," I say to her and her smile turns grim.

"I feel the pull of the dark, but don't think that I actually was trying to seduce you to the dark side," She replies.

I shake my head and grin at her, "You did seduce me, but not to the dark, to the light, though I am beginning to hate it here,"

"Maybe we could go to the dark, together," She wistfully, making it sound like a lovely fantasy.

I smirk, "It would be nice to rule the galaxy with you by my side,"

She puts her right hand on my chest lightly, "Let's do it, it would be nice to finally have some rule for once,"

"You sure? We are going to be on such bad terms with my mother if we do this, and we will never be allowed back to the light side again," I say, making sure she knew the consequence of her action.

"I will live with whatever happens, I don't care as we are together," She says softly.

"You know she probably heard this entire conversation, right?"

I laugh and shake my head, "Frankly I don't care if she knows, we'll know that if we can fight her army, we can rule the galaxy,"

~TIME SKIP~

We didn't sneak down the hallways like normal people would do in this situation. We strode down those hallways with the utmost confidence. We didn't care that MANY people were trying to make we didn't leave. Rey had her staffsaber on the entire time, which made sure everyone got out of our way. People were scared of us as we walked, but I didn't mind. I was used to being looked at as a monster by many people, now including my mother. Rey did mind though, I could sense her anxiety as we walked the halls, yet on the outside, she made herself look at fierce as possible. That's my girl. 

"STOP!!!" Yells the runaway stormtrooper, Finn, or FN-2187.

He wields my saber, blocking the hallway that we need to get through in order to get the Millenium Falcon. We decided that as our mode of transportation because it had the Jedi texts in it, and it would make Leia furious. I still can't believe she thought Rey was trying to seduce me to the dark side. She knew I had darkness in me, she knew it, but the dark side is calling both me and Rey now. Together with our combined power, we could rule the entire galaxy.
