She asked if I wanted to meet you, she advised me not to.
"It will only hurt your heart", she said.
It was a lot to get in and I felt light, so light I could have fallen down if somebody as much as blown in my direction.

I left your mom there infront of the room and raced down the stairs until I was in an empty hallway.

I took my phone out of my pocket and searched ASL.
I knew the disease, I heard of it before but I never fully understood it or cared much about it, I thought it was just another disease among the many other, I did not know that the guy I loved would be its victim.
I read and read until my eyes hurt.
A single sentence of what I have read stuck in my head.
"There is no known cause. There is no treatment. There is no cure."
