:::FLYNN'S STORY:::
"Cal," I said. I was surprised to see my best friend, who happened to be a sword."Flynn," I heard a female voice say.
"Mom?" I asked, uncertain. She nodded when I turned around.
"Flynn, you have a chance to let go, or you can grasp for the string and get it. Which do you want?" Cal asked me.
"I... I don't know. My death is coming soon anyways, so I... I don't know." My mother and cal led me to a river, where I had the ability to see Below on earth.
"You have the opportunity to choose now, Flynn," my mother said. I looked down and saw how broken all of my LITs seemed, how unexpired Jenkins was, and... and Eve. She was devastated.
"I'll go back," I said. I looked down at the water again, watching them leave the annex to find my body.
"I'm coming too," Cal said. I nodded, and grabbed that sword in my hand. We disappeared and I awoke in my body with only a few minutes until my LITs and guardian would come to get me. I couldn't let them see me. Not yet. It was important that they didn't see me yet. I hid in the trees, watching them sadly. I wanted to jump out and say surprise, laugh off the death, and go back to the annex. I wanted to be able to confuse them while asking questions and putting him on a priceless artifact. I wanted Eve to have to hold me up for fie more minutes. They left, and I turned away, not treating myself to stay away from the annex. I adjusted the annex room to a new preference: empty, but with a notes to my LITs, guardian, and Jenkins. I left a rose for Eve, hoping that she would get it. Then I went into the annex early in the morning since I had no way to eat and was infuriate at the lack of milk, but as soon as I realized they heard me I use magic to get everything back to normal as I shut the window. The next day, I couldn't let them die. I had known they would see me but I hoped they would shake it off as a dream. They seemed to, which was good. For me at least it was. I sent a pizza guy, hoping that since I wasn't allowed to talk to them yet. The next day it was too much and I had to let them see me. I knocked on the door repeatedly, impatient to see them all again. Eve yelled at me to stop and I smiled, knocking again, hoping that they would know who it was base off of the fact that I knocked again.
