A new company?

The group decided to rest in an unoccupied building nearby. It has five rooms. Luna and Huang took the one in the west. Pian Feng the one beside them. Chao Ya and Liao Jian the room in front of the healers. While Xing Jiu took the one beside them. Ka Suo decided to stay in the room located in the middle.

In his room...

Shi, come out. He called out in his mind. When nothing happened, he tried again. Will the sword fairy come out please?

He chuckled silently when Shi didn't answer. You went out again to play huh? Just like before. Brat.

Outside a bit far from their chosen place...

Fairy Shi was happily jumping up and down in the frozen water.

"Ying Kong Shi!" a voice then called out, stopping him. Looking up, he saw the same woman who was watching them a while ago.

"It's you." He said, transporting himself in front of her. "Who are you? Why were you watching us a while ago?"

Yan Da smiled. A bit sad. "So, it's not only Ka Suo that you forgot. It's me, Yan Da."

"Yan Da?"

She nodded. Shi looked at her curiously. He then spotted something in her hair. He frowned, feeling something tug at his heart and flash in his mind.

"Ying Kong Shi?"

He blinked, focusing on her again. "Is that really my name?"

"It is. Though you don't remember it. You are Ying Kong Shi. One of the kings of the Ice Tribe."

"Really?" He asked, biting his lip. He knew that she wasn't lying. Her scent told him so. Yan Da chuckled. He was really adorable.

"Come here." She said, reaching out her hand to him. The fairy looked at it questioningly. Shrugging his shoulders, he landed on her palm. "Now, open your mouth."

"Ha!? Why?"

Yan Da gave him a stern look. "Just do it." The fairy pouted but he obeyed, opening his mouth.

"Wider." She told him.

"Aaaa..."

Yan Da then gave him a bit of her soul. Shi's eyes widened when he tasted it. It was really good. Not only that but it's powerful. Already, he could feel himself became stronger. "Can't you gave me some more!?"

"Tsk. Tsk." She told him, a finger on his nose. "Don't be greedy. If I gave you more, I'll die."

"Oh." He said, looking down. Yan Da grinned. "Let's go. Accompany me for a while. It's kind of lonely being out here all alone."

The fairy smiled. "Okay."

~Time Skip~

Ka Suo looked outside through his window. It's almost dark but Shi hadn't return yet.

"Your Majesty?"

"Huang Tuo, what is it?"

"It's Xing Jiu."

Hearing that, Ka Suo quickly went to the Dream King's room. The others were already there, looking at their friend in worry.

"How is he?" The king asked, kneeling beside Xing Jiu. He was very pale.

"Not good. I think it's better if we send him back to our realm." Huang Tuo stated.

"N-no." Protested Xing Jiu. "Your Majesty, I can still bear it." He said, looking at Ka Suo. "Besides I'm the most skilled dream weaver in our- "

A scream was then heard from outside. The leaders looked at each other. In an instant, they were all outside.

Outside...

The group was stunned. In front of them was Yan Da who was pinned down by Fairy Shi. The two were busy with each other so they didn't notice the others' presence.

"Ya! I didn't feed you some of my soul just for you to use it against me!" Yan Da said, trying to break the energy rope holding her.

"And I already said that you are not staying there outside alone! Did you see those animals we encounter a while ago!?" Shi yelled, eyes narrowed.

"Ying Kong Shi! Let go already!"

"No! Unless you promise me that you'll stay here with them!" He said, pointing at the group.

"Huh?" Yan Da stopped struggling at that. Slowly, she looked to her right, meeting the group's amused/ confused/ curious gaze.

"Damn it." She muttered, glaring at the fairy. Shi gave her a challenging smirk.

"Shi, her wrists are starting to bruise." Ka Suo said after a minute, getting the fairy's attention. Shi frowned, looking at Yan Da's wrist.

"Fine. I'll let you go but don't even think that you can get out of here." He told her. Yan Da sighed in surrender, seeing the seriousness in his eyes.

With a snap of a finger, she was released. She then got up and faced the group.
