Chapter 7

Arabella's POV

Walking down the stairs hand in hand with Xavier, we headed to the kitchen. Only now in the day light, I see how big their house is, its like a mansion or even a palace. It is so big. Just before we turned around the corner, Xavier pulled my arm, so I was stood in front of him.

"Belle, I just wanted to say, that I am sorry for anything my mother or brother does. But after we've had some breakfast, I would like to take you somewhere, which is very special to me." He said whilst pulling me closer and holding both of my arms.

"Yeah, Xavi, don't worry about them. I'm sure that I can survive whatever they do. And sure, I'll come with you anywhere don't worry. Now come on." I said whilst giving a quick kiss on his cheek. turning around I walked into the kitchen to see a vast array of food spread out on the dining table. Looking around the room, I see Lillian, Alexander and Aunt Emily sitting around the table looking at us walking into the room.

"Well, it's good to see you two at least in this morning. I thought we'd have to wait until it was the evening. Come on, sit down Arabella. Have some breakfast, and we've got you some presents." Lillian said whilst getting up and walking up to us stood at the door way.

"Anyway, Happy Birthday Arabella, I hope you have a great day. Don't worry about going into work today, as we have phoned the hospital and asked them to allow you a week off." She said whilst giving me a warm mothering hug.

"Happy Birthday my darling Niece, you have come so far and your only 19 years old." Aunt Emily sad to me whist pinching my cheeks, giving me a warm embrace.

Walking towards the table, I passed Alexander, he then stood up. Opening his arms towards me "Happy Birthday Arabella, I know I've only known you for less than 24 hours, but I hope you have a good day." I giggled and turned to him, "Thanks Alexander..." "Xander" "Okay, thank you Xander, I really do hope I will." I said whilst smiling towards Xavi.

He walked in front of me, pulling out a chair. "For you my lady" Xavier smiled at me, while gesturing to the seat.

"Why thank you my lord." I said whilst sitting on the seat, giggling to myself.

We had a great breakfast, eating so many varieties of food, from different cuisines. The conversation was manly about myself and my education. Suddenly, Xavi and Lillian stood up and went out of the room.

"Where are you going, if you do not mind me asking." I asked to Lillian. "Well dear, it wouldn't be your birthday, if we didn't have any presents. Me and Xavier are going to go and get them, we'll be less than a minute don't worry." She said whilst walking to the door.

"So, Arabella, what are you doing for the rest of the day? Have you got anything planned?" Xander said whilst eating an apple.

"Well, I think I may phone some of my friends, as they have texted me saying that they wanted me to call. And, well after that, Xavier said he wanted to take me somewhere special to him. So, I guess that's what I'm doing later." I said whilst blushing.

"Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear Arabella. Happy Birthday to you." They all started singing whilst Lillian brought a cake in and Xavier had four bags with him.

"Oh my, thank you all so much" I said with the biggest smile on my face

I started to open all my gifts, first were two presents from my Aunty and Lillian. They were these two beautiful dresses which would suit me so much.

"They are amazing, I love them. Thank you so much." I said whilst standing up to hug the two of them. I then sat back down, and Xavi sat down next to me.

"Well, I didn't really know what to get you, so these are you for. Happy Birthday once again." Xander said to me whilst holding this beautiful bouquet of baby pink and blue tulips.

"These are beautiful thank you." I said whilst standing up and hugged him.

"Well, I think all three of us have something to do, come on Emily and Alexander, lets leave these two alone." Lillian said whilst leaving the room with the other two.

"Well, it looks like it's just me and you for now, I've got you some gift. Now sit, please?" Xavi said whilst smiling at me from the table.

"Okay." I giggled and walked back to the seats.

"Belle, these are for you." He said whilst handing me two bags "Open this one first please" He pointed towards the biggest bag.

I opened the bag and gasped. "These are so beautiful, thank you so much!" I whispered looking at a beautiful bouquet of red roses, there had to be more than 100 roses.

"Now this one Belle." He gave me a smaller bag, I slowly opened the box and gasped. There was these beautiful diamond earing which match the necklace he gave me last night.

"Oh my god Xavi, these are beautiful, I love it so much. Thank you. Thank you." I said whilst kissing his cheek over and over again.

"Belle, lets go upstairs to get the necklace and I'll help you put them on." Xavi said whilst grabbing my hand and helping get me up.

We walked back to my room which took us a few minutes. Reaching my door, I pushed it open and dragged Xavier into my room.

Ah ha, here it is, its so beautiful in the day light I love it! I expressed as he walked closer to me.

Turn around then Xavi said whist shifting his feet towards the dresser and placing down the presents I got earlier, which included the bouquet of roses.

Turning around for him, I slowly lifted the loose ends of my hair for him to place the necklace. Feeling the cool metal on my neck made me shiver, and made my mind wonder. Dont let yourself get distracted Belle. I thought as Xavi was clipping the necklace together.

There you are, now its time for the earrings. He said whilst grabbing the box out of his suit pocket.

Walking towards the vanity, I slowly sat down and placed them in my ears.

You look like a million dollars. Xavier said as he stood next to the chair I was sat on.

Well, these probably cost you a million dollars. I said whilst standing up from my chair.

Xavier held his had out to help my get up, and once I got up, he placed his hand on the small of my back.

Come on Belle, before it gets too cold. I want to take you to the special place of mine. Ive even asked to have a hamper set up, so we can have dinner out there. He said whilst walking me out of my room. I think the car is waiting for us.

Walking down the stairs, we got to the front door. Xavi opened the door for us, and I see a Jaguar F-Type waiting for us in the forecourt.

Oh my god, Xavi, this is one of my favourite cars. Oh, it is so beautiful. I said whilst running up to the car, and slid my hand across the body.

Well Belle, I didn't know that, but this is my favourite car as well. Ive got so much to learn about you still. He said whilst opening the door for me, a smirk written all over his face.

Well Xavi, you'll just have to wait and see what the future holds. I said copying him with the same smirk on his face.
