Oh no. || Sonic x Shrek x Reader

You, Shrek and Sonic walked around a large mall together in the center of Townsville. It was storming outside and the temperature dropped to its lowest. Shrek and Sonic were a couple but you noticed Shrek kept sneaking glances at you.

He'd stare for a bit, taking in all your gorgeous features. If he noticed you caught him looking, he'd turn his head away and continued walking.

"I need to go to the bathroom. I'll be back in a flash." Sonic laughed. He went to give Shrek a peck on the lips but he turned his head away, rejecting the kiss. Sonic blushed as a frown began making its way onto his face, and he left to go to the bathroom.

You and Shrek sat down on the floor, leaning against a wall, waiting for Sonic. Minutes had gone by and you and Shrek hadn't said a word to each other.

Shrek sighed heavily then looked at you. "Y/n." He whispered. You looked at him with hopeful eyes. You always had feelings for Shrek, you just never found the strength to tell him. "I love you, I always have and always will."

Your eyes opened wide when you then saw Sonic standing over Shrek, tears in his eyes. "You what!?" Sonic screamed. Shrek stood up immediately, looking at Sonic. "I-I." Shrek stuttered. Sonic told Shrek to sit back down on the ground and he did.

Sonic slapped Shrek across the face and sped away. You got up off the ground and shook your head at Shrek. As much as you truly did love him, you valued friendship way more. You went to find Sonic but he was no where to be found.

You felt partly responsible for this whole incident and decided to go back home. You cried and ate food.
