(Chris POV)
"Chris.! Why have you been ignoring me all night.?!" Katie whined. I ignored her. She was getting on me nerves. I just wanted to have fun at the party. I wanted...to find Sophie. But Katie followed me around all night. "I'm going to go outside; it's getting hot in here." I lied. "Alright...but...but come back for me.!" she laughed while winking. She was drunk. I needed to get out of here. I stepped outside and breathed in the night air. I havent seen Sophie all night... did she even come.? Maybe she forgot about it... "Chris.! Where are you.?" Katie giggled. I loved Katie, buit not when she acted like this. I jog onto the street and walk down it into the shadows. i don't think she saw me. I keep walking until I feel my feet sink into the soft sand. I smell the ocean air. I start moving towards the water and then i freeze. She's here; I see her. My heart beats fast.
