The Date And The Attack

While Leo and Brianna were walking, Leo was making sure that Brianna was okay. But they didn't know that Karai and Hun were following them from the shadowy rooftops.

7:30 p.m.

'Oh my god. I'm really going to dinner, with Leonardo! But why does he want to take me out? Hmm... I need to find out what's going on with him.' I said to myself.

When Leo and I entered the noodle shop, I was surprised by the place. Everything was alright until Leo called somebody.

"Hello? Mr.Murakami-San? Are you there?"

"Yes my friend. I am here. And I am sensing that you brought a new friend is here as well."

'Wow. I didn't know that he can sense me. I think he has the sixth sense!' I said in my mind.

"Murakami, this is Brianna. She's a new member of the squad. We rescued her a few days ago."

"It's nice to meet you Brianna." He said as he was shaking my hand. "I am also sensing that you have gotten hurt the last few days ago."

"Yeah. But my new friends helped me get through the bad times. And I'm really happy to be with them."

"Yes, I can see that my dear. Leonardo, I am thinking that you are here for some pizza gyoza?"

"Yes Murakami-San. Pizza gyoza for two please."

"Coming right up my friend." He said as he began taking out the ingredients. During those few minutes, they were a blur. While we were watching the blind man working his magic, Leo took my hand. I blushed a light tinted pink.

"Hey Bre. I was thinking that if you want to take a walk at Central Park after dinner?"

I was blushing so much, I didn't want to admit it to Leo. But I had no choice but to say, "Sure, that would be delightful." I said shyly.

*A few minutes after dinner...*

Leo took Brianna to Central Park so they could walk and relax for a few minutes before going back home. But little did they know that they were being followed by Karai and Hun.

Leo's P.O.V.

While Brianna and I were walking through Central Park, my heart was hurting me so much. It feels like it wants to burst out of my chest. I couldn't help but look at my best friend, she was very pretty when I saw her in that light blue dress. She's very talented in art and she supported our team all the way. I want have my only chance to be with her.

"Hey Brianna."

"Hmm? What is it Leonardo?"

"Did you have a good time tonight?" I asked her.

"Yeah. Today was fun, but why did you want to be with me?" she questioned me.

"I wanted to be with you because I care about you. And I really like you, and my family and friends really like you too."

"Heh. You know it's funny because I like you and your family and friends too. I liked the way that you and your bros rescued me the first day and when you stayed with me that night ago while I was sleeping."

I felt the red blush coming to my cheeks but I hid it with the tails of my blue bandana. When she saw me do that, she couldn't help but giggle as my cuteness. I was getting tired and it looked like Brianna was getting tired too, so we both sat on the bench. But while we were sitting down and talking, I heard a noise coming from the bushes. I took my blades out.

"All right villain, show yourself!" I yelled. Brianna was getting surprised. Two shadows appeared and when they entered the light, it reveals Karai and Hun. My two most worst enemies.

"Hello Leonardo." Karai said to me.

"Karai! Hun! What do you want?"

"It's not you who I'm after, it's your girlfriend that I want in the blue dress." she pointed at Brianna. Brianna was freaking out. I wanted to protect her with all my life.

"Yes. The Shredder wants her alive." Hun said.

"But you and your dragons attacked her that day! You wanted to kill her!"

"I had to dispose of her. She would be in the way of the Shredder's plan to plant a mutagen bomb in the earth's main water system."

"What?! That could mean that the humans will become mutants!"

"Yes. And they will all belong to us and they will kill you and your loved ones to shreds!" Hun laughed.

"Over my dead body! You can't have her until you get to me first. I run the whole world."

"Very well then Leonardo, Foot ninjas! Attack!" Karai yelled.

The Foot ninjas came out of the shadows and Hun charged at me. I sliced and diced the ninjas' heads off and avoided Hun's attacks. I was trying my best to protect Brianna, but Karai kicked me which caused me to get on the ground.

I tried to get up, but Hun charged at me and pinned me down to a tree. He punched and kicked me until I passed out.

"LEO! LEO! WAKE UP!" I heard Brianna yelling out my name which caused me to wake up. I woke up to see Brianna with Karai who was holding a paper cloth to her mouth and she passed out instantly. Hun carried my unconscious friend over his shoulders and fled from the scene with her body. Karai came to me slowly, drew her katana sword to my face, and said,

"If you ever want to see your beloved girlfriend again, you will tell us where Splinter is."

"For the last time Karai. She's not my girlfriend." I said to her.

"Heh. I knew it. But do you really think you'll have a chance to be with her? I mean come on, she's a human and you're a mutant. Nobody can love a mutant like you." Karai said to me harshly. I was so mad at her, I got up but she pinned me down to the ground again.

"Now tell me where Splinter is!"

"N-Never! I will never tell you where he is!" I said weakly.

"Well forget it. If you won't tell us where he is, your girlfriend is history." she said as she puts her katana sword away and left in the shadows.

"No! Not Brianna! Please let her go!" I shouted and then I blacked out.
