Chapter 3

I woke up to shawn playing with my hair. he was braiding it.

"Where'd you learn to do that?" I asked shawn, giving him an odd look.

"Parker, I have a sister. Duh. " he sounded so cute.

"How long was i out for?"

"About an hour." He gave me this look. "You look adorable when you sleep."

"Shawn, how've you been. You've been so distant lately.."

He looked hurt by my words a little bit. "I've missed you so much, that whenever i talk to you, i can barely breathe, Parker. You mean everything to me. So I figured that if i stopped talking to you as much, then I'll stop feeling so sad."

My eyes began to fill with tears. "Did it work?"

Shawn looks up at me with his big puppy dog eyes, that are now really watery, almost as if he could cry.

"Not one bit."
