Chapter 4

I looked up at him & smiled.

"So what are you trying to say Shawn?"

He was looking down when he finally answered me.

"I'm trying to say I love you. I have since last year. I just haven't said anything." His face was getting red, like when you're nervous.

"Well why haven't you said anything to me?! You know how long I've been waiting for those words to come out of your mouth?" I laughed a little because I think I embarrassed myself.

Shawn looked at me & said "I actually didn't think you would feel the same & I didn't want to make things awkward."

I smiled uncontrollably. "Things would never be awkward. you're my everything."

He looked down at me, while I was still laying down on his lap. He looked at me for a few seconds. he was hesitating on doing something. & I knew exactly what it was. His eyes slowly drifted down on my lips.

His lips met mine. I had never gotten butterflies in my stomach until now.

Then when we stopped kissing, we sat there and talked. I let Shawn continue playing with my hair. As he braided my hair, i just laid there, thinking how perfect it was to have someone like him in my life & just thinking about what the future has to hold.

Then we guys arrive to California & opened the door. 10 people stood in front of the limos door. I squinted my eyes.

"No way."
