Patsy Ramsey (Jonbenets Mother) died on June 24, 2006 due to a 13 year long battle with ovarian cancer. Whatever secrets she had about Jonbenet's death, she took to the grave with her. She now rests next to her daughter, Jonbenet, and her mother, Nedra.

Burke Ramsey (Jonbenets brother) is now 30 (almost 31) years old. He was 9 years old at the time of Jonbenet's death. He attended Purdue University, where he studied computer technology and graduated in 2009. John Ramsey told People Magazine in 2012 that his son had "matured" and was living a "quiet" life away from the media. Even after his 2016 appearance on Dr. Phil, where he creepily smiled as he spoke about his sisters death, he still continues to keep things private. He is not yet married, and has no children. Burke still to this day, denies any involvement in his sister, Jonbenet's death. "At some point, you have to move on. I'm not saying I moved on then. It might have been kind of the other end. I didn't really get it. You have to stop crying at some point, I guess." said Burke Ramsey in 2016 on Dr. Phil.

John Ramsey remarried in 2011, to a fashion designer named Jan Rousseaux. She is his third wife. John and Jan supposedly met at a friends wedding and then began chatting through text. John claims they were drawn together because of their common interests. He lives a happy life with his new wife, they now run a promotional marketing company in Las Vegas.

John had three adult children from his first wife, Lucinda. There were adults and had there own homes at the time of Jonbenet's death. John's oldest daughter, Beth, died in 1992, in a car accident at age 22. JonBenet's other two half siblings, Melinda and John Andrew have never done interviews and have never been found by the media. It is unknown where they are at this time.
