After running into the club Aphrodite finally found her friend going into a room behind closed curtains. She growled and rolled her eyes before running into the room where she sees Clary push a demon in a red dress onto the couch causing the demon to shift into its form with tentacles with teeth.

''Are you fucking kidding me'', she cursed because her friends stupidity. She saw a demon head towards Clary so  she ran in front of it transforming into her hellhound form and jump on the demon clawing at his heart. She finished clawing that demon and jumped on another and another one after that she was finished she transformed into her human form and appeared to be bloody and breathing heavily.

She looked at the shadowhunters to find them standing there in confusion. She smirked at them and turn to Clary only to see her  running out the room. She frowned,

''I'm gonna kill this girl'', she signed out before running after her. When she got outside she saw her jumping into a cab and telling the driver to drive. She super sped after the car following it to Clary's house. She walked in the living room finding Jocelyn, Clary's mother moving a stele above one of her runes.

Clary thought she was going crazy when Dot, Jocelyn's assistant ran into the room. ''Jocelyn, Magnus called they found you''. Aphrodite doesn't know why but she felt a tingling sensation when she heard that name.

Weird

''I feared this would happen'', Jocelyn said chaining a necklace around Clarys neck.

Then Jocelyn told Dot to do it and Dot opened a portal that Jocelyn pushed Aphrodite and Clary in telling her to take care of her and to go to Luke.

They ended in the police department and heard Luke tell two people who were demons that he didn't care about Clary or Jocelyn and was just using them to get the mortal cup. Whatever that was.

Clary and Aphrodite run back to the apartment only to find it trashed, destroyed, and empty. Clary picked up but dropped it when she saw Dot or who she assumed was Dot.

'' Oh my god Dot where's mom, what happened''? Clary asked frantically.

''Clary I need you to think about a cup that your mother has'' Dot stated stiffly. It was then when Aphrodite realized that it was a demon and pushed Clary behind her.

She transformed into her demon form. Causing the fight to be demon verses demon. She attacked the demon who threw her into a wall almost knocking her out her vision went blurry and she saw the demon attack Clary. Then all of a sudden, the  blonde boy from the club went behind the demon killing it with a seraph blade.

He must of followed us.

Aphrodite stood up and walked towards the two. ''Clary are you alright''?

''Why's the room spinning'' she said before falling into the blonde boy's arms

''The demon got a piece of you''

''Demon''? Clary asked breathlessly.

''Yea, ravenor demon, shape-shifter'', he explained holding her.

''Now your just saying words'', she said before passing out. He picked up Clary and signaled for Aphrodite to follow him. She obliged not having the energy to argue with him. For some reason she felt as if she could trust him.

They walked into the institute, only to be stared at by people curious as to why a demon was with a shadowhunter who carrying a mundane. He brought both if them to what looked like an infirmary. Before calling in two people who looked at Aphrodite suspiciously.

''The fuck are y'all staring at''? She asked rudely.

''Who are you'',  the brunette boy asked irritated.

Why would I tell you my name when I don't even know yours'', Aph snapped back.

Then the brunette girl stepped forward and held her hand out for the goddess like girl to shake. ''I'm Isabelle Lightwood and that's my brother Alec''. Aphrodite just stared blankly at her hand not wanting to touch a shadow hunter.

''I'm Aphrodite Lockwood''

''Like the goddess''? The blonde boy asked turning towards her.

''Obviously"

'' For you to be named Aphrodite you aren't very loving'', Alec said

''I will rip you to shreds", she said looking him dead in the eyes.

''Ok, woah calm down'', Isabelle said placing herself between the two hoping to protect her brother.

'' What are you'', the blonde asked.

''A female obviously'' she said smirking.

''I meant species wise because back at the club you turned into a big fire-y dog but into a demon at the apartment'', he asked confused on what she was.

''I'm a demon hellhound happy'', she said laying on the couch that was beside the bed which her unconscious bestfriend was on.

''How are you two species'', Alec asked.

''None of your business shadowhunter''. He signed and walked out the room annoyed. Aphrodite laid her head back on the couch and fell asleep. She was awoken by Clary's voice. She opened her eyes and looked at her bestfriend.

''Hey Clary'', she said as she got up and sat by Clary who scooted away from in fear. Aph frowned at that. Her bestfriend was scared of her.

''What are you'', a trembling Clary asked.

''I'm a crossbreed of a demon and hellhound''

''Like a hellhound from hell"

''Nah Clary the hellhound from heaven yes a hellhound from hell'', she stated using her sarcasm. Then Alec decided to open his mouth.

''Why is the a mundane and downworlder doing in the institute''? Aphrodite rolled her eyes and stood up causing everyone to look at her. She looked at Clary and spoke to her bestfriend.

''I don't like hearing him so I'm gonna go home and shower and I'll return shortly Cupcake'', she said using Clary's old nick name before walking out the door then out the institute to her apartment. When she got home she took a shower and changed her outfit which consisted of a white tank top, black leather shorts, black boot heels, dark grey leg stockings, a black and white patterned cardigan.

She blow dried and brushed her hair leaving it wavy. For her makeup she did a black smokey eye look with blood red lips. She looked in the mirror and thought about dying her hair again maybe pink this time. She grabbed her phone and headphones and walked out the door. ''Back to the institute", she said out loud to herself.
