"Bea Bianca."

"Wendy." I responded, shouldering her out of my way.

Like Tony promised, he is working on making her drop her lawsuit. I am at Bellingerre Consolidate to sign some papers concerning the Wendy Hiddleston dilemma.

After we passed each other in the hallway, she stopped and so did I. It is a frozen moment in time. I should have kept walking but I can't. I just can't leave it alone. I turned to face my nemesis guns ready to fire.

She rolled her brown eyes over me making a nasty sneer with her annoying face.

"I used to have a lot of respect for you Bea. You could never be bought. Now I find out you're sleeping with the boss. Does he pay well? Oh don't look surprised! Everyone thinks it! It's why he didn't fire you. It's why he's settling out of court and he is paying me with his money. Not yours. You don't have any. I wonder which sexual favors you'll trade tonight to compensate for the payout."

"Do you know what your biggest problem has always been Wendy? You talk too much." I tried to calm down but my fists are balled up. "So stop hiding behind your vicious tongue and grow a backbone."

She threw her purse on the floor and I handed Simon mine.

"Miss Bea-"

I threw him a nasty glare that sealed him shut. Rolling up the sleeves of my peach coloured chiffon blouse, I am ready for war. I am not going to let that two timing back stabbing woman walk over me. I am not the type to take the high road.

I took out my aggression on her. She fought back just as viciously and it I'm glad this isn't the normal hair pulling face scratching cat fight... it is fists, it is kicks and it was definitely neck strangling... deliciously vicious is how I like my fights.

We rolled on the floor repeatedly towards a flight of stairs and it was then that I could have stopped myself but I didn't.

I am like a wild fire consuming everything within reach. I pushed her down the flight of stairs watching her tumbling all the way down. When she finally stopped, she lay very still.

Simon rushed over and looked at Wendy's still body.

"My lady, Sir Anthony will have a meltdown! Bloody hell!"

"You can't tell him!" I suddenly yelled grabbing him by the lapels of his coat. "Or you go down too!"

But his phone suddenly buzzed.

"I don't think I want to explain why I allowed you to indulge in this destructive course." He told me just after I released him. "If you don't mind, I should probably pick him up from his meeting. If I were you, I'd make haste and leave this crime scene."

I watched him hurrying off and stood feeling frozen and cold.

Now that the fight is over, I am not proud of this moment. But lately I am turning into a train wreck. I looked over my shoulder and when I didn't see anyone, I looked at the woman at the bottom of the staircase one more time. Should I check on her?

Hell no!

I straightened my skirt and tucked in my blouse. After fixing my hair, I quickly left the scene.

Tony's office is just around the corner. The empty hallway won't sell me out.

I got in there and slammed the door shut leaning against it. I took in a deep breath before trying to still my shaking hands.
I want to head back and call her an ambulance but then I also want her to suffer... or do I want to help her? Bloody hell, which one is it?

The back and forth move in between Tony's huge table and the door is only fraying my nerves more.

I am not a nail biter but today, I am going at it hard! I am so busy drowning in my worries that I didn't notice the door opening.
