(A/n: jimin works at a library book store kinda thing)

3rd pov
(Wednesday)
Jimin's shift was finally over as he headed towards the check out counter where hoseok was drinking on some iced coffee while jimin furrowed his eyebrows in confusion "yah! Did you go out to get some coffee without anyone monitoring the cash register!?!" He whisper yelled at a sassy looking hoseok "sigh... a friend of mine or as he said 'secret admirer' got me this coffee and wanted me to give this to you" hoseok said making up the secret admirer part as he reached over to the untouched drink on his desk, he brought up the dribk to jimins face in a way that the drink that was facing jimins face had the cute nickname on it
"M-minnie!? What does that mean!?!!" Flustered jimin took the drink and started to sip on it harshly which was a bad Idea when he suddenly held is head to his hand having a brain freeze "you are growing so fast...minnie" a fond but teasing look was etched on hoseok's face
"~///~ w-what does this secret admirer look like" jimin said while staring lazers at his new nickname on the cup "i wish i could tell but that would give it away all I can tell you is that he is one handsome gentleman" hoseok wiggled his eyebrows while going and paying attention to a customer

Jimin could feel his heart beating fast as he couldn't help but feel giddy thinking about the whole situation, he questioned why his heart is still racing and not slowing

After he left he went to go to the convenient store but on his way there a woman tapped him on the shoulder "wae-" he cut himself off when he saw the womans eyes it was the shade of dark blue with a crescent moon as her pupil, he realized that this wasn't just any woman it was his mother

His mother pulled him over to an alleyway making sure no one could hear their conversation "mother why are you here-" before he could speak any longer his mother hushed him "don't talk I'm only here for a few minutes... earlier you wondered why your heart didn't slow down didn't you" her voice still as cold as ever just like jimin remembered while he nods in approval to his mother's question "well at some point once week you can receive and give affection however it will last only until 12 am  and I will be the one to choose which day this will happen and that is the middle of the week, Wednesday" his mother said softening her voice a little while jimin was in utter disbelief "h-how did this happen?" He said wide eyed "well since you've been living for quite a long time now I talked to the father of the daughter you wronged to lessen your curse a bit and to my surprise he said yes but demanded it to be not so often and oh nevermind I said everything you needed to know goodbye now my son" as his mother leaves jimin stood there still in shock from this cause it means that he could go and love someone for at least just one day without him suffering nor the other person getting hurt because of him

As so jimin strides up to the convenient store with the drink in hand as he smiled brightly, he enters the shop and the first thing his eyes landed to was the cash registrar

It was him jimin thought as he savored yoongi's facial features without a worry of him going insane

He didn't realize he was staring until yoongi coughed oh so loudly to get his attention, it did as jimin blushed and ran to the frozen isle at the very back where at the top there was a mirror so you could see the whole shop, just as he saw yoongi talking to a customer he swiftly went and grabbed the things he needed from the frozen isle which was celebratory ice cream and some milk for his empty fridge but to his luck the ice cream and milk were all the way near the counter

What jimin didn't know was that yoongi had been stealing glances of him through the mirror while smiling to himself

Jimin had tried to go past yoongi and get the ice cream but everytime he even attempted to go past the counter yoongi would simply chuckle to himself

Yoongi suddenly burst out laughing as he couldn't contain it this time when jimins failed attempt to go unnoticed involved jimin with his hood on as his face was the only one seen while he crawled to fridge to acquire his longing ice cream

So when jimin heared the loud but silent laugh he froze in his place while squeezing his eyes shut, he felt a presence infront of him that sat down to meet his level, slowly looking up his eyes met the cat like ones he say at the library and cafe and so he did what he thought could save him.. he looked down quickly and harshly closing his eyes, yoongi then pulled jimins hood off revealing a blob of fluffy blond hair "yah minnie am I that ugly and unattractive for you to squeeze your eyes shut" yoongi laughed while tilting jimins head up while jimin mumbled something inaudible to him"c'mon stand up no ones watching the counter" he said softly as he brought both them up, jimin still had his head down while his face heated up

Yoongi was now back at the counter tending to a customer, jimin took this chance to go get his milk and ice cream

He opened the freezer like fridge he was met by various flavors of ice cream and so he thought for a second putting his hands on his chin with a focused expression, as he finally picked the strawberry and vanilla ice cream mix and chocolate soy milk, as he got his stuff he noticed for a while now that someone was staring at him
He turned and saw yoongi quickly looking away while he pretended to scratch the back of his neck

Smiling sweetly jimin proceeded to go to the counter having no intentions of making eye contact "where did your drink go from earlier minnie" yoongi said slyly "oh um I finished it when I was attempting to hide from you- wait did you just call me minnie?" Jimin said in surprise he didn't the handsome guy hoseok was talking about would be yoongi level handsome but at jimins response yoongi got flustered "u-uh is it not ok to call you that s-sorry-" he got cut of by jimin suddenly gripping his arm in reassurance "no no it's fine it's j-just that on the cup it said minnie too and no one ever calls me that except..you" jimin said in a small voice while looking uo at yoongi who just winked "maybe it is me...by the way can I borrow your phone calculator?" Yoongi asked while putting jimins items in a plastic bag "uhm wae" jimin asked suspiciously "please" yoongi said softly with some subtle aegyo "I just need to add something real quick" he added as jimin nodded in agreement while handing his phone to the raven

After a few typing yoongi gave jimins phone back "here" he said while giving the phone back "yoongi h-hyung why is your number on the calculator? I thought you said you wanted to add something" jimin said as he turned red "Yeah I wanted to add something- which is my number" he stated ending his sentence with a wink

Jimin did not respond he just stood there flushed with his face very warm and red, when he finally mustered up something to say yoongi simply gave him the plastic bag while smirking and shooing him away "bye minnie!" He called as jimin left the store
