Chapter 29

Lucy (POV)

Once we reached my car a saw Axel's jaw fall open. I giggled and made my way over to him and closed it shut for him. "Come on, get in." I tell him when I realize he was still standing there. "Are you sure? It looks really expensive." He says. There is something about his expression that darkens my mood and I immediately worry about him. I was about to ask about it but decide against it, we're not that close yet so when he's ready he'll tell me.

The mood around us has become gloomy so I try to lighten it, "Psshhh, this old thang? Her names demon, was a gift for me from the devil himself yknow. He used to ride her to hell and back," I giggled at this part, 'where do I even come up with this stuff!' Is what I think before continuing. "In the good'ol days but now she's mine. And I'll race her to hell and back whenever he has the balls to mess with me, or stoke a deal which ever comes first." I say in an American accent. At the end of my declaration-speechy thingy to lighten the mood Spike Axel and look at each other before laughing our heads off.

Eventually we got Axel in Demon and let him sit shotgun, since it was his first time in her.
And within seconds we were off to the mall.

During our ride people on the side of the street start to cheer out of respect for me and I blush while driving. Soon we had to explain to Axel about why people were staring.

Once we get in to the parking lot I get a lot of stares from people. Most of them I haven't seen since I was in high school. Once I stepped out of the car whispers could be heard all around us. In the back of me I heard Spike sigh in frustration. He doesn't like when people talk about me good or bad it doesn't matter to him.

However, one comment made me freeze mid step. When I heard it my heart faltered a few beats. "Look! It's the demon of the track!" With those simple words I was paralyzed. I didn't know what to do. No one has called me that in so long that I forgot about it. And I can't believe I did. Immediately, Spike was by my side hold my hand and a few seconds later Axel was on my other side.

We walked into the mall ignoring the other comments and stares.

When we reached right inside the mall a little way in front of the door, I let out a breath. I looked over to Spike to see him totally pissed off and Axel trying to calm him down. It was hilarious actually, since Spike was like twice Axle's hight. Axel was practically yelling at him to, and I quote, to 'calm your fat ass down before I do it for you'. Spike looked like a kicked puppy and started to beg.

"Please baby, please don't be mad" is all i heard before I droned them out as I noticed Jace walk through the the revolving doors of the mall. He had on a plain white shirt and his signature leather jacket which made him look even more hotter than usual. he also had on his black ripped jeans with black combat boots.

When our eyes met he started to make his way towards me. I jumped a little when I heard Axel whisper in my ear "Who's the sexy hunk with tattoos, that you staring at like he's a piece of meat?" Before i could deny his comment Spike growled possessively. "Oh shut up you dog." Axel through over his shoulder. At this Spike smirked "Oh princess, I'm no dog, I'm a stallion, I thought you learned that last night." "More like a freaking mustang."Axel muttered out unintentionally, and his eyes widened in realisation. He turned more red then a fire truck as he blushed harder, and I couldn't help laughing.

Eventually, my laughter died down as I wiped tears from my eyes. "But for real though who is he?" asked Axel. "That's Jace." I told him, he gave me a look that said 'yes and?' "And he's my, my...uh, I actually don't know. I guess you could say we're friends?" I was so confused i didn't know what we were was he just a friend? or more than that. Did I want him to be? "More than friends?" Axel asked. I just shrugged and turned, which turned out as a bad idea as i bump my nose into a very hard wall. Wait...wall? I don't remember there being a wall here. Slowly, I open my eyes to beautiful oceanic eyes which held a worried expression.

"Oh my god Lucky, are you ok?" he asked as held my nose and ground in pain, and in annoyance as i see axel smirking at the nickname, that boy. "I think you broke my nose i told him." I replied instead removing my hand to se blood. His eyes trailed down from my nose to my hand, his eyes held panic as he scooped me up bridal style and headed towards the bathrooms. "You know I could walk right?" I asked him with an annoyed expression. "Whatever." is all he said in reply with a serious tone, like seriously whats this dudes problem Once we reached the bathroom he looked indecisive however, i told him that i was not going to be seen in the men's restroom. And with a pained expression he reluctantly walked in to the ladies'. at this I was laughing so hard. "I said I wasn't going into the men's, that doesn't mean that you had to come with me to the ladies' "

He sighed and placed me on the counter and cleaned up my bloody nose. But it was when I started to sniffle when I got really embarrassed, because he held a tissue to my nose and said "Blow." At first i shook my head and reach for the tissue but he'd yank it back out of my reach and repeat what he said. Eventually I caved and blew all the snot i had in my nose onto the tissue. My face when beat red as he threw away the tissue and washed his hands.

After he was done he picked my up again bridal style and walked out of the bathroom. Once he stepped out I heard someone call out 'COUPLE GOALS!" and i swear every head in the mall turned to us. I hung on to Jace tighter and hid my face into his leather jacket as my face turned bright red. When I felt the deep rumble of his chuckle vibrate through his chest my blush turned crimson.

He continued to walk over to where we left Spike and Axel.

Finally, he put me down and I turned to see Spike and Axel eating their faces off. i smile at the cuteness but decide to be the best sister that I am. So I run and jump on to Spike's back. he pulls away from a blushing Axel while i hit him in the head numerous times. he grips on of my thighs while hunched over to keep my from falling and his other hand trying to cover his head from my abuse.

"What the hell?" Spike exclaims as i laugh my head off. Eventually, i jump off of him and run to Axel shielding him from Spike. "What were you doing to Axie?" At Spike's and everyone else confused expression I struggled to keep myself from bursting. So, instead i elaborated. "Could,t you see he needed air? He needed to breathe. Couldn't you feel the way he was tugging on your hair? Even i could see it like a mile away." by me saying this Jace and I bursted into hysterics while Spike smirked and Axel or rather Axie blushed...hard.

After a while, i decided to speak up. "Come on Axie lets go shopping."

"What about us?" Spike and Jace said in unison. "Do you really want to go lingerie shopping with?"

"oh please i've been lingerie shopping with you plenty of times before and you didn't mind" Spike said causing Jace to growl slightly. i laughed at his possessiveness and turned to Axel noticing that he was silent. And i knew exactly why. Any girl/guy would be jealous if they head from their lover that they've seen another person in lingerie. Spike is such an idiot. So I took it into my own hands to clear up the situation. Glaring at Spike I said "Yeah well, that was before you had axel, and besides, now i have Jace so that can't happen anymore. It'll be weird, plus it was always weird since you like my brother." he must've gotten the hint cause he looked over to Axel, who was looking at his shoes like they were the most intersection things in the world, and pulled him into his side. he then whispered something into his ear which made a giggle escape Axel's lips. After he finished saying what he needed to he kissed him on the cheek.

Grabbing Axel's hand I pulled him along with me as I sped walk towards Victoria Secret,but not before waving goodbye to Jace.

A/N

So I know I haven't been updating as regularly as I promised and I'm really sorry. Its just been very busy for these past couple of months and very difficult, but i hope you guys could forgive me and keep reading my book.

Oh and if you have a problem with gays then do whatever, just don't hate because its wrong.

Also those who are totally fangirling ( yeah i see you ;) ) would you like me to write Axel and Spike's story? I already have some ideas but I'd like to hear your opinions.
