                  The beginning

your POV.
As I woke up form the sunlight I only had two things on my mind, My second day at a new school, and  wondering if I was going to get jumped by a Greaser. Back in Alabama there was not such things as Soc's or Greasers they was only black and white people trying to prove a point. I guess you can say I was a "Soc"because of how my family moved to the South side instead of the North.It was only my Mother and My two older sisters, Raven, And Sydney. I was the youngest
You know I'm different than Raven and Sydney. After Dad left it was just the four of us.
Raven was into boys, studying, and just worrying about her self and her needs with her boyfriend back in Alabama. Sydney was just like Raven but she just stressed and worried about mom being okay and about Raven and I.
I am different from my mother, and my sisters I was more like my dad. I love movies ,  sunsets Books, and most of all I loved adventures and trying new things. Me and Raven has to share a room because mom couldn't really afford a bigger house but I don't mind. Raven had black hair and blue eyes, Just like moms. She is skinny, smart, and she could really use some changes in her life I mean all she worry's about is boy's. But I wouldn't say so myself I have never felt love at first sight, I rolled over to the left side of the bed and checked the time we have to leave the house around 8 because of school, it was 7:30 and everyone was up. My mom was cooking breakfast, Raven  was in the bathroom making sure she looked good before she got judged, I think Raven is so beautiful, she just don't use her head and only think there's boys and sex.
Raven is judged all the time back in Alabama she was the  main Cheerleader (idk what you all call it)  but when she was back there she felt like Society wouldn't accept her for her like she had to have the perfect summer body or she would get fat shamed. Actually back when I was in elementary school I remember Sydney crying and calling me out of class, because Raven starved herself for about four weeks with out nothing not even water, they had P.E. and they was running . All I really remember is going to the E.R. And Sydney holding me while my Dad came and picked Sydney and I up. That was back when my dad was happy with my mom, Dad was a lawyer, and mom was a nurse and she was taking care of Raven. Know mom lost everything she works at a grocery store trying to get back up on her feet. She lost her job in Alabama over drinking and driving and she was in the E.R. And they found alcohol in her system while on the job. So form then on moms changed . She yells at Sydney and Raven but she try's yelling at me but she don't because of Raven and Sydney . As Raven came out of the bathroom I saw Sydney crying and stressed over the new school. Sydney saw a lot before the divorce, Mom cheating on dad, Sydney acutely came home form school because of sickness and her mom was off work because she was off and no one was home but she heard moans and she walked up stairs to her room she walked in on them in her bedroom. She started yelling and crying and cussing out mom Sydney actually felt safe in Alabama, finally some friends she can trust and one boyfriend that don't treat her like shit.  But mom ruined it because, Sydney was only fourteen and saw that of course she is going to tell dad. So know we are here we're we are know . " Raven.." I said quite. "Yes?" she said applying her makeup. " what is it like falling in love " she put down her makeup product and she smiled at me while sitting on the bed she looked at me threw the mirror, " It's an amazing feeling, you know how you feel when you get excited, you know those  butterflies in your stomach while they fly out and turn in to blush on your cheeks , a smile on your face, or even a big laugh, " she came over by me and lit her hand on mine, " you will find someone just not right know your too young" she said . I smiled as Sydney came in she took a seat next to Raven and started doing her make up, Sydney had green eyes and Red hair. She looked just like mom but with dads eyes.I got up and picked out an outfit I picked out an Metallica shirt, ripped jeans and some Jordan's . My hair is normally straight so I just left it down. I did my hygiene and etc. I don't we're makeup if Society
Wants me to change for other people it's not there life's. It was 7:50 we had to leave. As I stepped out into the sunlight form the darkness of my house I only had two things on my mind school and A ride home. We all was walking to school Sydney, Raven, And I had on similar outfits we all had flannels wrapped around our waist, all had on Jordan's, and a same shirt, we all shared everything even cars, Sydney can drive but where mom got nothing she cant afford a car because dad toke it so she had to take ours. school was a long way form the house. We didn't know where we were going so we stopped and asked a few guys up on a black mustang, keep in mind we had no idea of Greasers and Socs.
Raven walked up to one of the guys he had rings on his hand with blond hair and an blue mustang to be honest I was scared, Sydney was right behind Raven making sure everything was okay I pulled up my back pack string up on my shoulder and I was propped up against the pole. " Excuse me" Raven said as she tapped on his shoulder he turned around slowly and there was another guy with brown hair and had rings on his hand pressed up against the wall Raven was on  Sydney walked up behind Raven and made sure she was okay." Yes darling "he said smiling " um, yeah hi could you please give us directions to  WestBrook high school?" She said playing with a strand of hair they was so far in the ally and I was pressed up against the brick wall just watching the sun as it was shining. I heard loud cuss words and I smelt smoke I looked down and saw three boys walking my way. I stoped and got out of the way so they could get threw one had a black shirt and a leather jacket and had blue jeans and some converse . He blowed smoke in my face, " no worry doll, you don't have to move away form me." He said had a hand on the wall on my left side." Cut it out dally, " a boy with black hair, blue jean jacket and black converse." Sir, please let me go," I said pleading " but your so beautiful I just can't ."
He said cressing my check. "I'm flattered really, but please don't touch me." " it's fine doll" he said laying off I could see the other boy he was looking at me and I smiled. The two boys left and he was right there starting at me while smiling, I felt that feeling love at first sight it was him. " sorry about ol' dally he is just playing " " thanks " I said smiling, " where you going?" He asked put his hand in his pocket and I told him Westbrook high school. He smiled and  said " we go to the same high school, I can show you if you would want, Me and Johnny goes there. " yeah of course I just gotta go get my sisters." I said smiling while I raised my back off the wall and went to get Raven and Sydney they were so far in I heard screams. It was form then I ran towards them and screamed there name. The boy followed all I saw was Raven and Sydney in different cars with boys on them . The boy ran towards the blue mustang and I ran towards the black  I opened the door and started pulling my sister out I didn't care at this point I was so angry and scared I let it all out on this guy I pulled him out and started yelling and hitting he pinned me down and started hitting and kissing my neck or arm. Raven was so scared, she just ran back home , Sydney was trying to get the guy off me ,  the boy was right at home and he started to get him off me and started fighting with me I got up and Sydney ran home to find Raven she knew I was okay because I have got jumped before by other people in Alabama. I heard what they was calling each other socs and greasers what every that meant I saw boys running up to them I was in shock mode I couldn't talk or anything I just saw Dally and Johnny, I didn't know the rest  of the gang.the guys left in the mustangs and drove off I felt horrible." Did they pull a blade on you Ponyboy did they?" A older boy said, I felt so bad just standing there but I never had that before people just jumping people over south and north side. "Ponyboy I'm so sorry this happened to you, are you okay do you need to go to the hospital?" I said in tears helping him up" " Are you new around here or something?" Darry said crossing his arms. " lay off Darry she just moved here for Alabama she has sisters that was scared and got jumped that's all she didn't start any of this." Ponyboy said wrapping his arm around my neck I looked at him and he smiled." Okay well whatever you are all late for school." Darry said. " Well if I was you I would get your sisters and don't school wait a few days before going back you could get jumped, but don't worry I will be there." He said winking at me. I smiled I blushed, I did everything I finally felt loved and like I had a best friend. I loved it. He shoved his hand in his pockets and the gang left pony boy was a few steps behind I ran up to him and stopped him." Ponyboy I-" I was cut off "no worry's" he said smiling and wrapped his hand around my neck " met me here around 6 okay?" He said smiling. " of course " I said blushing. He ran off to catch up the gang Johnny was waiting on him and then he left.
I walked home and found Sydney and Raven, they asked questions and I told them. We didn't go to school. We all set down and just talked I told them about ponyboy. Mom didn't come home until 9 so I had time to meet ponyboy I told them and they let me go back to go see ponyboy.I grabbed a hair tie and tied my hair up into a bun. I was amazed, how can complete two strangers open up there secrets, there feelings, there past. I was loved struck.
