She is the dark.
She is the outcast.
She walks in autopilot, not ever wanting to remember the faces she sees or the places she's been. Her mind is filled with color, but she is seen in black and white. Her body is in the grey area, neutral in the battle against her mind and her heart. The heart wants love and peace and comfort. The mind doesn't want to be hurt. Not again. Mind says to sit this one out, to suffer. Heart is losing the battle because mind protects heart. Logic and reason guard emotion and desire against emotion and desire itself. And the body will sit idle, in pain of loss and fear of gain.
She wants the light.
She want acceptance.
She is lost, she is confused. She knows remembers one face, it's stand out to her. It is different from others. It is hers. She wants so badly to open herself to the prospect of love, but mind blocks heart.
She is shoved into the dark, and the power is cut off.
