2.94 "I Am Not Pregnant"

Valerie walked inside and her jaw dropped when she saw the people "You want me to siphon the compulsion out of all these people?"

She looked at us and laughed " Do you have any idea how long that will take?"

Caroline rolled her eyes " Uh, probably the amount of time that it will take to siphon one person times the amount of people in this room..."

Valerie rolled her eyes " I am all for scuttling Julian's plans, but siphoning these people won't make a difference. He'll just replace them. You'd be trading one life for another."

Valerie's eyes flicked down to Caroline's stomach before she made eye contact with Caroline again "Speaking of, I can't imagine this is the safest town for someone with your status to be roaming around in."

Matt asked confused  "What's that supposed to mean?"

Caroline looked at Matt and shook her head "Nothing."

Valerie scoffed "I wouldn't call a pregnant vampire "nothing."

Matt scoffed, shocked "What?"

Caroline shook her head frustrated " I am not pregnant."

I sighed "here we go"

Caroline" I am not pregnant! Okay? Valerie over here convinced poor Alaric that the Gemini Coven dumped his twin babies into my...-You know what? Never mind. Because it's not true."

She looked at Valerie "It is not true. A test confirmed it. Yeah, and thanks to you, Alaric is probably still at home waiting for that second blue line to show up. So, you know what? Maybe now would be an appropriate time to call him and explain how you could get something so important so incredibly wrong."

I looked at Valerie "and that is exactly why you don't rile up a pregnant woman"

Caroline pointed a finger at me "don't say the P-word ever again"

I rolled my eyes. 

Valerie"Do I need to remind you that you summoned me here for my help? If you don't think my talents are up to snuff, then I will gladly find other things to do with my time."

Caroline smiled " I'm sorry. I'm sorry! Maybe it was just a momentary lapse of... magical ju-ju. Look... Can you just please help us and take away these people's compulsion?"

Valerie siphoned the compulsions away and Caroline and i compelled the victims to explain there absence.

Caroline compelled the last one "You took a wrong turn and ended up in Mystic Falls. Leave and forget everything that you saw here."

She sighed when he walked out. I saw her looking down at her stomach and put a hand on it. 

Caroline "What?"

She looked at Matt.

Matt " You sure you don't want to talk about this whole Valerie baby-spell thing?"

Caroline sighed "There is nothing to talk about."

Matt "Care, I've never seen you puke before."

Caroline " That is because I am polite, not pregnant! I can't have Alaric's babies inside of me. Not only is it impossible, but it literally defies the physics of the universe."

Me "We are vampires, Caroline, we defy the physics of the universe"

Suddenly a angry-looking Beau walked inside.

Valerie tried to calm him down" Beau. I don't know what atrocities Julian has planned, but you're better than this. I know you. I'm your friend."

Suddenly she clutched her head in pain. Matt slowly pulled his gun out of its holster.

Valerie "Julian is evil. He doesn't care about the family. He only cares about himself."

She groaned in pain. 

Matt shot Beau twice. One hit his right shoulder but he caught the other one. Then i felt that pain in my head. I groaned in pain. Caroline did the same. I fell to my knees. Suddenly the pain stopped and i looked up. Beau was on the ground with a stake in his back. It was Valerie.

Valerie chanted "Invisique."
