I woke up to Athena licking me.

"Girl please!" I chuckled.

"Ahem"
I looked up to see J.

"You're here!"

"Yes I am dude! Where's Eric?"

"Said....He didn't want to hurt me anymore....he"

"It's okay, you don't have to explain."

"I want to go back to my room, other than the cool company, I want to lay in my bed and sulk." I pouted.

"I'll carry you if you want, and if your humongous wolf permits."

"Yes" Athena growled.
J picked me up in his strong arms and carried me bridal style.

"Thank you." I grumbled sleepily. I tightened my hold on his neck when my arms started throbbing again. I was strong enough now to make it stop. J carried me up to my room and settled me on the bed while I teleported Athena up here.

"So....I read that entire book about Eric and his parents front to back. Let me just say, you might pass out after I tell you something."

"Okay? I'm a little nervous now."

"...........You see, he's vampire royalty. Their blood is different from all the other vampires. For them to not worry about finding a significant other, their blood makes it so when they find the one, that's it. They can't kiss anyone without feeling disgust, or have feelings for anyone until they find the one. You're Eric's mate, it's just like with wolves. He left you, basically/almost rejected you. Eric's going to start slowly dying, so will you. I can't believe he did that."

"HOLY FUCKING SHIT WHAT!!!!!! I'M ERIC'S SOUL MATE?!?!?!!"

"Hehe, yea. It's obvious he didn't tell you."

"NO SHIT!"

"I should make you something to eat. No more screaming or I will leave."

"Well, I'm not screaming now. But why the fuck wouldn't that prick tell me. I mean that explains why it felt like he ripped my heart out!!" I sighed.

"You both need each other. He probably didn't tell you because he didn't want to loose you. Though now he basically left you to die." J explained. Athena curled up behind me on my bed and let me pet her silky fur.

"He's an ass hole isn't he Athena? Should I shank him? Oh yes I should! Oh yes I should!" I cooed.

"Foods ready killer." J handed me a plate of steaming, delicious food. He sat by me with his plate and quietly started eating.

"J, my man. I'm very lonely up here, plus now I'm dying. Can you move in up here for a little bit?"

"Sure, just magic me up some clothes my dude!"
I waved my hands and conjured up his style of clothing. After eating I replaced my arm wraps and fell asleep.

"AHHH!" I screamed, clutching my heart.

"The pain will subside soon, this is your first symptom."

"THIS SUCKS!" I screamed, starting to feel less pain.

"Yeah."

"I always knew Eric was different, but I didn't know he'd have this effect on me!"

"Aww, that's so CUTE!" Athena growled. I pinched her skin.

"I'll be back later tonight bro, I gotta go." J informed me.

"Okay." J got changed and then left.

I scratched Athena's belly for a while, then I got changed. I peeked at my arms where the skin was growing back slightly thicker than before.

"Athena I just got an idea! I'ma go to a human resturant today. See you later." I did a spell so I would Teleport to the best restaurant around. Soon I arrived at a big building. I walked in and was completely horrified by what I saw.
