While ones out drinking
The others sitting there
Wondering where she went wrong
And why she let it get this far
See
The thing about alcohol
Is you tend to want more
Well in step dads case
He's been wanting more
Since he was around 13
Fending on her own
With 3 girls for so long got hard
But trusting another man?
That was definitely not the answer
But then came along a man
A man with words as beautiful as roses
And as toxic as the devil himself
But of course momma dear
Fell for his broken words
So on she
And only one of her young ones moved
For one, lived with her own father
And the other in collage
The left over one
The littlest of all
Soon to be the most tormented of all
At first,
life was as smooth as the tides
Right before a horrific storm
But of course,
after the suspiciously calm waters
Comes the waves crashing down
Like Zeus himself was pissed off at the world
Things got better
But little did momma know
That that was just
The eye of the hurricane
