Bullying
It's always been an issues in world
Elementary was rough
Moving from the middle of no where
To a giant school with multiple classes for each grade
Second, there were three
In I was in the class called B
Two B wasn't exactly easy
Educational yes
But socially far from
See the thing about moving
Is no matter how far you move
The people are very different
The thing about a bunch of second graders
Is that different is not okay to them
Do you see where I'm going with this?
First it started off as isolation
No one wanting to sit but the weird new girl
To the name calling beginning
To the point where these kids
These little second graders
Thought they had the right
To lay there hands on another little girl their own age
Because difference is not okay
But you see
You out grow these bullies
Puberty:
Puberty did it's work on me
Like a fairy god mother sent from up above
Corrected so many things I didn't like about me
But acne does tends to be an issue
And so do the other aspects that come with blossoming into woman hood
Green eyes
Perfect smile
Long dark hair
Short
And athletically curvy
The kids who once called you names
Are now hitting you up for dates
But you don't want to date
Because putting yourself out there is terrifying
What if it's a joke
What if this is just some horrendous prank
Meant to recycle every cruel thing they've ever put me through
I say I'm too busy
Or that my parents are too strict
When we all know
The only thing I ever do
Is sit alone in my room
And as for my parents
They couldn't give a damn
Chads too drunk
And momma dear is not paying attention because she trapped in her own fears
