Omg don't get me started. people make fun of others, laugh when you lose, etc. tbh ignore it do the best you can and if it doesn't stop screw it why should you care what they think you are your own person! if you feel out of shape my only advice find a heavy thing and lift it or do what I did:

20 crunches

20 lunges

20 squats

20 jumping jacks

10 push-ups

30 half pulls (weights)

10 chest pulls (weights)

Do this three times through don't stop except when doing it over! if you do, it burns 1000 calories that's How much your supposed to eat a day. I started loosing weight and getting stronger so I felt better about myself. I hope that helped if not message me and we can talk about it more in depth.
