I walk towards the canteen, quickly. Xavier and his friends have been staring at me all day. I'd turn around and they'd be staring at me. I would have asked have I got anything on my face, but they can't see it.
Strolling to the canteen I walk to my usual table and start eating my pizza by myself. Just when I'm about the take the last bite, three boys join my table.
"Hello, I'm Xavier and these are my mates Trevor and Dylan." He says gesturing to his friends.
"And I need to know because..." I question. I'm not being nice to him, I didn't finish my pizza.
As fast as a lightning bolt, there's a face of shock before he covers it up with no emotion. "We wanted to hang with you."
Laughter escapes my mouth. "You mean you want to know why I have my hood up."
"Umm... no?" Xavier speaks.
"Really? That sounded more like a question." I smirk places it's self on my face as I know I've caught them out.
"If you wanna know things about me then, ask away." I eat the last of my pizza before looking back at them through my hood.
"Okay then. Why do wear your hood?" Trevor asks first, his eyebrows scrunching up in confusion as he tries to find an answer in his mind.
"Because I do. Next question." I never said they were getting answers. Stupid.
"Why did you move here?" Dylan asks.
"Because." After a couple of seconds of me not saying anything, they figure out that I'm not going to reply and speak up.
"What are you afraid of?" Bitch what? My head flies up as Xavier's question caught me by surprise and fortunately my hood didn't fall off my head.
"Your hair is a nice colour." Dylan compliments. I look confused for a minute until I see the end of my brown hair hanging out of my hood. Rapidly putting it back in my hood, I look back at them waiting.
"Favourite colour?" Xavier asks.
"Blue or Grey." I reply dryly.
"Favourite animal?" Dylan asks.
"Wolf."
"What are you hiding?" Xavier blurts out. His face holding concentration, likes he's trying to put me together piece by piece and find out my life story.
Luckily the bell rings before I have to answer and I follow the swarm of people to classes.
I run to my next class, escaping the interrogation from Xavier and his friends.

Walking home, I can't help but feel stares on my back. Above, clouds hover over head. Booming loudness erupts from the cloud as flashes of bright light are sent down from the disaster above.
My now black coloured hoodie clings to my skin and my face is throbbing from the coldness. My cheeks stinging from the rain balling down on my skin.
The noise of an engine makes me walk faster, my legs picking up the pace as fast as they can go.
A blue and black mustang pulls up beside me, window down and what surprises me most is that Xavier is driving and Trevor in the passenger seat.
"Need a ride?" Xavier offers leaning over Trevor to speak to me.
After debating with my mind. I decide that if I stay out here any longer I'll get hyperthermia.
"Yes, thanks." Kindly replying to him, I walk towards the back door and get in. Sitting next to Dylan.
"So where do you live?" Trevor asks turning in his seat.
I have him the instructions and in no time we pull up to my apartment building.
"This is where you live?" Dylan asks, disbelief seeping through his voice.
"Y-yeah" I stutter, nervously. I pull the door handle and push open the door, not wanting to spend another minute with them.
"Hey Taylor, aren't you going to ask us if we want to come in?" Xavier questions, a smirk on his face.
"Oh yes, won't you three, who I don't know that well, come into my house so we can sit around and play games." Sarcasm clear in my voice as I smile sweetly at them.
"Great then." And with Dylan's words they pile out the car and towards my apartment building.
"Fucking lovely." I mumble walking to my apartment on the fourth floor.
"Nice place." Trevor grunted. He trudges over to the couch before falling onto it, followed by Xavier and Dylan.
"Thanks." I grumble, walking into the kitchen and bring back some drinks. "Here." I pass each of them a cold drink of Pepsi Max before gently sitting down on arm chair.
"So.." I start, hoping to clear the awkwardness.
"Got any good movies?" Dylan excitedly speaks.
"Yeah, put one on." I answer, yawning.

Half way threw the movie a loud bang knocks on the door. I jump up, the guys heads following my movements.
I swing the door open, my knees get shaky and my breathing picks up as I look at the person in front of me.
