Chapter 16 - Meeting the Goddess 「Editing in Progress」

Steven's POV

"Steven." I heard noises and it's really familiar.

"Steven." I heard a voice. A cute one and it's also familiar.

"Wake up dude." I heard another voice. It's from a guy and it seems really familiar.

"WAKE UP OR I'LL POUR THIS COLD WATER TO YOUR FACE." Someone yelled causing me to open my eyes quickly and sit on my bed. My eyes are adjusting to the light and after a few seconds, I saw Sarah and Ellen smiling while Austin is frowning and Angela's smirking.

"I told you guys, mine always work." Angela said proudly while putting her right arm to her chest. "I'm so proud of myself."

"Shut up Angela. We don't care." Austin said and Angela sent scary looks at Austin. Austin got the scary looks and turned around to face me.

"I think we should all prepare, especially you Steven, because we need to get the second key." Austin said while Sarah and Angela nodded. Ellen looked them in confusion while I just stared at the floor.

"What is that key for?" Ellen asked while scratching her hair.

"We need to find keys so that John will go to heaven. He need 7 keys of happiness or whatsoever." Angela said while Sarah and Austin nodded in agreement.

"Ok?" Ellen and I said in unison.

"I really don't get it. Mind explain it to us?" I said while they both looked at each other and nodded. Are they having a conversation in their heads?

"Sure. Just prepare while we go down in the dining room to eat. We'll wait you there." Sarah said while she leaded her gang downstairs. Ellen waved her hand to me while closing the door.

I got up and went to the bathroom to do my thing. I took a bath and brushed my teeth and wear my clothes. I also brushed my hair and after it, I headed downstairs.

I saw them eating while laughing and they paused when they saw me. Ellen offered me to sit beside her which I accepted. Sarah and the 2A looked at me and Ellen while we're a couple and Angela made a heart sign to us. Ellen blushed a little and I picked my food ignoring her blushing.

Sarah explained to us what is the significance of the "Key of Happiness". John needed those seven keys in order for him to pass through the gates of heaven. It's like a mission for us to finished, that's why we are all together now. It's like our fate to be with each other.

Sarah also told us that we got the first key which she accomplished while she's in my world. She made seven people happy including her parents, me and Chesseca. She told us that John will come at ten o'clock and we'll just wait at the living room for him.

After I finished my meal, I went to the sink and put my plate into it. Others went to the sink also and Ellen casted a spell and that made the dishes clean and in their storing places.

Sarah told us to pack our things we need because it's like a two week vacation on an alternate planet. I just put the things I need like my clothes, my iPhone and my earphone, just in case I got bored, and a notebook.

I went downstairs and saw the clock. Quarter to ten and I saw Ellen sitting alone in the couch.

"Where are they?" I asked.

"They're on outside. They are practicing their skills." Ellen said and I just nodded in agreement. Suddenly, she got up and called the others using telepathy because we both feel that John's near.

The wind blew hard and formed like a circle and after a few seconds, the wind is gone and is now replaced by John.

"Are you ready?" He asked while speaking something in "I don't know language".

"Yeah, we're ready." We screamed and cheered ourselves while John face palmed and casted a spell. The wind is covering us and Ellen held my hand because she's scared. I hugged her tightly and she put her hand in my back as she hugged me back.

Few minutes later, the wind stopped and vanished.

I just awed at the view. It's like the Earth is gone flat and now cut into four. If you're going to look at the left, you can see the orange leaves falling from the oak tree and obviously, it's fall season. If you're going to look at the right, you can see grass and rivers and some animals and flowers. It's obviously spring and I picked one flower and placed it in Ellen's right ear. Angela and Austin cheered at us while Sarah picked a lot of flowers and formed a circular shape. She placed it in Ellen's head.

"You look so pretty. Wait, Steven hug Ellen while we'll take a picture." Angela said while I hugged Ellen and we both looked at the camera.

"I'm going to paste it in my journal." Angela said while jumping out of nothing.

"Give us copies too." Sarah said and Angela nodded.

If you're going to look at the north you can see snow, snow, snow and pine trees. It's winter, of course.

If you're going to look at the south, you can sense the hotness of the place and animals are gathering in the pond and hiding in the trees. Hmm, summer. This planet got every season in a specific place.

Sarah said that we're going to make three perfect couples in this place which is quite hard. We need like a month for each couple to love each other. It's not that easy you know?

Ellen said that it's really easy and I don't really understand her. She said that we got all the time because in the Earth, the time isn't moving without us. I just nodded at her and I tapped Sarah's shoulder.

"What is it, Steven?"

"Where are we going to stay?"

"No problem with that. John said that we'll be teleported to the house in an instance." She said and few seconds later, we're in front of a creepy looking house.

Just as Sarah's going to open the gate someone yelled.

"Stop." A voice said and we looked at where the voice came from and we saw a girl with violet hair with her book.

"Yuki?" Austin and Angela said in unison and we both looked at them at confusion.

Yuki? The goddess of sorcery? Panic quickly rose to my body as she's getting closer and closer to us.
