"Renae get your butt up!" My mother screamed while storming into my room, waking me up.

I look and see I fell asleep reading, also it's 8:00 a.m.

"Okay I am up."

Good morning to you to mother.

"Get up and get ready I want you out of my house." She declared as she storms out and slaps the door.

Always got to make an performance don't you mother?

I slowly get up from my striped purple cover and get my phone off the recharge.

"Hey Sam you up?" I decided to call Sam already cause it always takes her at least an hour to get anywhere. I do NOT want to leave for college without Sam, despite how my parents hate her guts, she always stands up for me.

"Rennnnnaeeee, it's so early!!" Sam complains, you can tell she just woke up.

"Girl you promised you would help me leave for college." I remind her.

"Ugh okay be then in 10 minutes." she signs.

When she says "10 minutes" I know its really mean,"I will be there in an hour or more, depending how long it takes me to get out of bed."

I look around my room, which is pretty much bare. What do you wear when you load up and move to college? Sweatshirt or sweater? Honestly I always wear sweatshirts anyways.

After my shower I decide to wear some of my fancy, dark wash jeans. I thought since I am meeting my roommate for the first time I should actually not look like a piece of crap. With that logic I wear a solid black sweater with a blue and purple handmade scarf (when Sam went through a rough time, her mania was so bad she made scarves all the time since she only slept one hour a night. So I got most of the scarves she made, I am not complaining, she makes exquisite scarves.)

I top my outfit off with a touch of makeup: some foundation, purple/brown eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. (Michelle taught how, despite how she wears way too much. I learned how wear just enough to hide my freckles and make my eyes look not so, ugh.) When I look in the mirror I really, really, don't look....near as gross as usual. With that somewhat positive attitude I finish the rest of my things, wait on Sam and Thomas.

"Girl you look so cute, you going to see some boy!" Sam smirks when she sees me while she is pulling into my parent's driveway. I just roll my eyes, Sam is always on me about dating.

"Okay let's get you gone before your mother yells at me to much." I nod in agreement, I want to stay as far away from my mother as humanly possible. We start loading up things in Sam's car, she has a cute, small, little car. Don't ask me what kind it is, I don't know. I know football but not cars.

Finally Thomas and Cammie are here, almost an hour late.

"What took you so long? You had to have your beauty rest, don't you Thomas?" Sam jokes.

"Why yes, yes I did." Today Thomas is wearing an Auburn tigers football sweatshirt our favorite football team's logo, sweatpants, and his running shoes. He has always been athletic built, tall, muscular, sandy brown hair, and blue eyes.

"Thank you guys so much for coming, it means so much to me, and mom's not out here yet! Yay!" I cheer.

"Anytime Ray, we are always here for you." Thomas grins. We have filled up Sam's car, Thomas and Cammie's car and now mine. Almost done, Almost out of here. No sight of mom yet.

"What are you thinking you're doing Renae Cathryn?" Oh crap, here it comes.

"Thomas, Cammie, Sam, and I were just packing mom."
