I decide to text Sam:
Me--Hey girl. Annabel had her baby. I bought Ethan with me, super awkward,
Sam--I bet. Remember to finish Marie's drawing for her wedding shower tomorrow.
Me--Right! Thanks girl.
Sam--Anytime babe!
Me--Night!
Sam--Night!
I look through my messages and see Ethan texted me:
Ethan--Hey babe.
Me--Hey! Sorry about tonight.
Ethan--It's okay darling, not your fault. You doing anything tomorrow?
Me--Yeah, Marie's baby shower. You can come and hang out with Jason.
Ethan--Sure, why not.
Me-hehe
Ethan--Get some rest beautiful ;)
Me--You to handsome ;)
Ethan--Night! ;)

Six Months later
My relationship with Ethan has really developed. We sent almost everyday together. I think I might actually love him. Maybe. I hope he loves me back. Normally, I don't like guys the way I like Ethan. But he is just different and makes me feel special. I even went to church with him and became a Christian! Yay!
I draw for about an hours then go to sleep.

"RING!" My phone beeps as I jump out of bed.
I read the clock: 8:00 a.m.
"Crap." I say to myself.
I have to be dressed and at the hospital where Mama G is in 30 minutes. I quickly get in the shower and get dressed.
Today since it Marie's wedding shower I decide to dress up with: a black and white v-neck shirt, red skinny jeans, a blue jean jacket, and black Vans.
I get in my car and drive to the hospital.
Marie wanted the shower at the hospital so Mama G could be there.
"Ray! You're here!" Mama G smiles as I enter the room.
Sam, Kate, and a few girls I don't know are here.
Jason is sitting on the couch watching football with Ethan in his wheelchair beside him.
"Hey ladies." I grin as I look around.
Mama G looks even skinnier, if that is even possible. Most of her hair is gone. She looks so sick.
"Already ladies, let's open gifts." Kate calls.
We all get up and get our gifts.
"Here you go." Kate hands Marie her gift.
"Kate! You didn't have to get me anything." Marie blushes
"Of course I did! It's from me and Momma." Kate and Momma G smiles.
Marie opens her gift and finds locket necklace.
"Momma, Kate! This is beautiful." Marie begins to cry.
Kate runs over to her and gives her a bear hug.
