I walked home from school and since it was Friday I decided to call Harvey

"Hello?" I said as soon as he answered "Harv, I heard there is a party tonight maybe me, you and Loren can go" I said

I heard shuffling then a pained grunt indicating he fell "sure" he said and I heard a quiet laugh

"Is Loren there?" I asked, not surprised

"Or course" he said and chuckled "I'll be there at like 8:30, yeah?"

I sighed as I unlocked my door "yeah" I said and hung up

I got dressed in a dress that was a little above the knees, that's black and slightly tight around the waist

About 15 minutes after finishing my make up a horn indicated Harvey was here so I ran outside after grabbing what I need and got in the car

He looked at me then at Loren "where to?" He asked and after telling him he drove us there

I walked around the party getting a few comments from drunk guys about 'getting laid' then I walked into the kitchen. I drunk a few drinks and decided to go to a room because I was feeling very sick. I stumbled into the nearest room only to be scolded by a couple making out

"Sorry" I said and walked out going into the next. I sat down on the bed and sighed before laying back then the door was opened and I was happy to see Aaron and not some random stranger

He looked at me surprised "oh, hey" he said and sat next to me

"Hi" I murmured gripping the pillow in front of me "why are you in here and not at the party?" I asked

He looked down to me and smiled "I could be asking the same thing" he said and we just sat there "I wanted to talk to Luna because she has been texting me and I told her I wasn't interested" he said

I just nodded and then sat up to wrap my arms around his neck to say he was surprised was an understatement "I'm glad you're here" I said

He just smiled at me and looked into my eyes and after a while he was leaning in and I found myself doing so, too. After our lips touched I have to admit I felt something as they moved together. I then climbed on him to cradle him and kept kissing him but when he put his hand up my dress I pulled away

"Aaron" I said and smacked him

His eyes went wide and he sat up "what did I do?" He asked

I just scoffed and got off of him "I'm leaving" I said and walked out. I looked for Loren and Harvey but they must've left so I began to walk the direction of my house only to be pulled into an alley I was about go scream but my mouth was covered by a big hand

"Hey" the familiar voice spoke

My eyes went wide and I found myself hugging the guy "jo, I missed you. Wait, what're you doing here?"

He smiled against the crook of my neck and sighed "have you been getting strange messages?" He asked and I nodded "well, I have too and whoever it is said they're going to hurt you so I got the fastest plane to LA"

I mentally screamed because I was scared "w-what?"

Joey sighed and looked around "let's talk at the café" he said before grabbing my arm

We got a booth inside the semi empty cafe "I got a message once but I haven't checked my phone since like 3 this afternoon" I said

Joey sighed and pulled his phone out and showed me

Unknown: I will hurt you and your 'best friend' if she continues to hang out with Aaron Melloul

Unknown: I will hurt you, too if she don't listen to my warning

Unknown: I see she was at a party tonight maybe she will get a special surprise

Unknown: *image attached*

I gasped seeing the picture it was me and Aaron kissing just as he was putting his hand up my dress "j-joey" I said as I began to hyperventilate

Joey sat next to me and put his arms around me to comfort me "calm down. I am staying with you until we can figure out who it is, okay?"

I just nodded feeling the tears brim my eyes "I have to tell Aaron about this" I said

Joey sighed and nodded "let's do it first thing in the morning" Joey said

I nodded just before we left.
