I woke up dreading the day that followed. I was also excited to see Aaron

I got dressed in just a normal floral dress and some white vans and headed out not bothering to wake my mom or dad. When I was walking a car stopped and i immediately recognized Aaron

He rolled the window down and smirked "damn, Miss would you like a ride?" he asked playfully

I smiled and sighed "oh I don't know" I joked but ran to the car and got in anyways

Aaron looked at me and smiled "you look beautiful" he said

My cheeks turned a crimson red and I smiled fondly as we drove in silence until Mockingbird by Eminem blasted through the radio and I rapped along

Aaron just looked at me with amusement as we pulled into the schools parking lot "can I take you to your first class?"

I shrugged "nobody else is gonna do it because Lor and Harv are dating and barely pay attention to me anymore" I said and he threw his arm around my shoulders

We both walked quietly through the halls getting a few glances from people then when I stopped at my locker

"Hey" Loren said while looking at her phone then up to see Aaron "oh, didn't know you and-"

I laughed and shook my head "me and jerk face are friends now" I said nudging him

She just smiled and then Harvey came this way "babe" she said as she hugged him

I looked up at Aaron who noticed how they stopped paying attention to me "you weren't lying" he said and chuckled I laughed and he walked me to my first period "I have to ask you something" he said as we walked in front of my class

I looked up at him and raised an eyebrow "what is it?"

He sighed "I want to know if you'd like to go out sometime- this weekend maybe? Hopefully?" He asked as he scratched the back of his neck

I laughed and side hugged him "like I said last night- maybe" I said and then seen his pout "man up" I joked and walked into the class

"So he asked you out?" Blake asked as we walked out of the classroom and to my locker

I sighed and nodded "I mean he is cute but he doesn't really care, does he?"

He shrugged "maybe, he has been taking school more serious than football lately and he hasn't been hanging with any girls besides Luna who never seems to leave him alone"

I laughed and we walked to class

"Fal," Aaron yelled as I walked by

"Hey" I said and continued into class with Blake but Aaron followed "Aaron,"

"Fallon" he mocked "I just wanted to be with you" he said

Blake winked at me before walking to the back where our seats are

"You're gonna get in trouble" I said

He shrugged and smiled at me putting an arm around me until a voice called him

I turned to see Luna she scolded me then walked over to Aaron "I guess uh I'll see you later" I said and walked to my desk

Aaron: hey, sorry. Wanna go to the mall with me later?

I smiled at my phone as I walked up to my room before sending a quick response. After an hour Aaron came "Hey" I said as I got in the car

He smiled at me then started to drive "I will get you anything you want as long as it's not a shirt that is above 50" he said

I laughed and shook my head "who spends that much on a shirt?" I questioned

His face fell and he shook his head "never mind" he said and we drove silently the rest of the time before pulling into the familiar tall building

"Thank you" I said as I kissed his cheek

His face tinted a light red then he smiled at me "I never asked you what I want to earlier" he said

I nodded for him to continue

"Well homecoming is in a few weeks and I was wondering if you'd like to go with me?" He questioned with a hint of hope in his eyes

I shook my head "no I wouldn't like to" I smiled and grabbed his hand "I'd love to" I spoke softly as I pulled him into a hug one last time then walking into my house. I smiled as I headed up to my room only for my phone to buzz indicating I have a text

Unknown: I see you and Aaron are together now, if you were smart you wouldn't go near him or you or him will get hurt.

To say I was scared was an understatement, I was petrified. Maybe it was my ex or his ex?
