Welcome to Homemade Health! As you can understand from the title here you will read and learn some tips and some news you maybe underrated or never heard in life.
I'm an italian girl, 6teen, who loves to write {and other millions things} and take care about myself in simple and {often} homemade ways.
I'm not the "perfect" skinny girl but I learned in time how to love me and my body and feel confident and sexy with what i have.
Saying I'm confident with my body right now doesn't mean I won't never try to change it in best but only that, even if I have more hips than someone else, I know that I'm beautiful and I can do whatever I want {legally obviously😉} without feeling out of place or embarrassed for how I look.
Every girl {and every man} is beautiful and we have to find a way {if we didn't find it yet} to like ourselves. This essay has the goal to fight the superficiality of society and to clarify what being healthy really means. If you do excercise, go to the gym or just like to walk instead driving, if you eat normally and not junk food and still have a few belly fat you ARE healthy. To be sane you don't need to be a top model or have six packs. You are healthy when you feel good, sleep well at night, make movement, don't skip meals and look/feel just amazing in yourself. You can flirt and have every boyfriend or girlfriend you want even if your stomach isn't that flat.
