Chapter 24

DEMI'S POV. ~

Oh God I just saw Alice and Kalani kissing, and I must say it was a little heated. Anyways, since the argument with my mom Alice is acting weird, I think I just lost a lot of her trust ... damn. We walked down stairs and ordered pizza and after that the girls said bye and now is just me and Alice.

"Hey A can we talk?" I said

"yeah"

"since that argument you are acting weird with me..." and before I continue she interrupted me

"of course, or did you expected to be all flowers and butterflies after you just said you only talk with me cause you're felling bad for me?" she snapped angrily looking back to her phone

"Damn I am sorry ok? Can't you just forgive me?" I said throwing my hands in the air

"No I actually can't right now" she said getting a little red, I think it's about her angry issues but I don't really care

"ok, so you come to my house, you fight with my little sister all the time, I drive you to school, and back, and to the dance studio, and I share my bed with you, and I'm about to go with you to a lot of boring dance competitions, and practly all you did was crying and being rude, and you can't forgive me cause I said something I didn't meant?" I said

"well I didn't asked to born did I? And I already said and I meant it, if I'm causing that much trouble just put me to adoption already" she said getting up and running her hands through her hair

"you know we're not doing this! and don't touch this you can cut yourse..." too late, she cutted herself again

"holy fuck AGAIN?" she screamed in fustration

"okay, calm down and let me try to stop the bleeding" I said and she put her head in her hands before sighing and showing me the cut. Jesus, I spent 3 fucking hours trying to stop a little bleeding, but I finally did and I smiled proudly

"thank you" she said looking at the cut

"it's okay, take off your contacts, your eyes are getting red" I said and she just went to the bathroom to take them off, she came back and I got lost in her eyes, they are so beautiful, sometimes I forget she has violet eyes. "Can I go out for a walk? I'll come back in one hour" she said and I nodded "take care" I said and she nodded. I sighed and started looking for some good movie.

ALICE'S POV. ~

I started walking humming a few songs and after a while I get totally lost. First of all I didn't even knew where Demi lived cause I forgot I was at her apartment and not our house. Oh fuck. I looked at my phone and guess what? No signal. I just kept walking and there was a school over there so I decided to walk in there and ask if I can use a phone. When I was getting closer I saw some lights and heard some gun shots so I started to slowly back up and walk away from there, but then guy jumped the window and grabbed me putting a gun in my head and screaming "IF YOU LET ME GO I LET HER GO" ugh great. "dude just let me go and run" I said trying to get out of there cause Demi is probably freaking out at home "shut up or I'll shot you" he said a little nervous "yeah that wouldn't be a smart idea, there are cops everywhere and they're pointing their guns to you" I said and he sighed "aren't you scared of death bitch? just shut up!" "well I'm actually not" I said giggling a little "so it's ok if I shot you right now?" he asked, this was funny, having a deep talk with a murder "yeah it's ok, but you won't do it cause it will get you in more trouble than you already are" he sighed "whatever I'm just trying to get out of here" he said nervously "your problem dude, let go of me cause my sister is probably freaking out at home right now" he sighed and threw his hands in the air "I GIVE UP" he said and started walking toward the cops "freak" I mumbled and started walking again and ended up in a mall, it was already getting dark so I walked in and there was an old lady, I headed toward her "excuse me, can I use your phone? mine doesn't have signal here and I'm lost" I said politely and she smiled "of course! here" and handed me the phone PRAISE JESUS, I dialed Demi's number and she picked up "hello?" she sounded worried "Demi thank god" I said and she screamed "ALICE? OH MY GOD I WAS SO WORRIED WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU" she said relieved "calm down, I was walking and remembered I didn't knew where were your apartment and ended up in this mall so I'm using a woman's phone" I said "okay I know where this mall is, wait there I'm coming" she said rushing "okay bye" and I handed the phone back to the woman "thank you ma'am" I said "you're welcome sweetie"

After a while Demi rushed in the mall wearing sweats and a baggy shirt, I just ran to her and started dragging her to the car "DEMI look at what you're wearing" I said and she giggled "what can I do you got me worried" and I giggled, we headed back to her apartment and she changed before we drove back to Dianna's.
