" Hello?" I heard a voice. " Jimin..." I said, wondering how I'm supposed to put this. " Yes? Yeonnie, what's wrong?" he questioned. "Jimin is it true that... that you like me?" I asked, not sure to be happy or sad. " Um...no?" He stuttered back on the other line. " Are you sure, Jimin? You can trust me you know. I promise not to be awkward about it..." I said. "..." No reply. He hung up. I guess I can only see him at school then...

[Jimin's POV]

"Jimin, is it true that... that you like me?" I heard over the phone.

"Um...no?" I lied, unconvincingly. Why am I hiding my feelings? "Are you sure Ji-" I hung up.

I hung up on the first person who would play with me, my first best friend, my first crush, the first girl that could make my heart beat faster. I made a mistake. I shouldn't have hung up. Luckily, she forgives easily. I'll just... send her a text... "Hey, Yeonnie, I'm sorry I hung up. I was nervous." I texted her.

It has been an hour since I sent that text, yet she haven't read it yet. I started feeling nervous and guilty. I know that it was just a phone call, but I liked her... even though she might never like me back. I will never give up on her.

Tick-Tock... Tick-tock..Tick-tock...

I has been five hours since I sent that text, yet no reply. I slowly dosed off into a sleep...

I'm going to her house. I should invite Jungkook and Taehyung too, since they are good at cheering people up. I don't know why but I feel like Juan Yeon doesn't like Taehyung, when they just met. I'm pretty sure after a while they would be great friends. I quickly called them over and we all came to Yeonna's house. It was an average looking house, but inside it was warm and cozy.

I rang the doorbell and a man, who looked like he was in university or something came to open the door. This must be her brother, they look alike. Same dark hair and striking brown eyes. " Hello, Taemin..." Taehyung said while waving nervously. Jungkook and I stared at Taehyung, then at Taemin, then at Taehyung again in confusion. " You guys know each other?" I asked, thinking that I was the only one familiar with Juan Yeon's brother, Taemin. "Um... yeah, but it's a long story." Taehyung started nervously. " We've been outside for almost five minutes. Come in." Taemin said. " I guess you guys are here for my baby sister?" Taemin said, pouring some water into three small cups. " Uh, yeah." I said. " Ok, well, Mina and Yeonnie are in Yeonnie's room. Have fun, but not too much fun." Taemin said, smirking at the end of the sentence. I playfully hit him and we all laughed. I then headed upstairs to her room.

"Yeonnie, it's me, Jimin." I said through the door. " Coming!" she said and I heard a click sound. She opened the door and smiled at me. How is she still so happy after I hung up on her. " Hey Chim Chim, hey Kookie, hi... Taehyung. " She greeted us happily, but madly at Taehyung. I didn't want anything to happen, so we all went in. " Hey Jimin... Kookie, TaeTae..." Mina greeted me. We all waved back and waited for someone to start a conversation. " Jimin, can I talk to you... in private?" Yeonnie asked in her melodic voice. I nodded and we headed to her closet, which had sound proof walls. "Before you say anything... I just wanted you to know that I'm sorry for hanging up on you. I just panicked. I actually... I actually like you..." I said, blushing profusely.

" Thanks for apologizing Jimin... and I'm sorry that I didn't have the same feelings for you...." she said. My heart tore into a million pieces. " I really wished I did, but... after my first experience liking someone... I just... I don't know what to believe anymore..." I gave her a sympathetic smile and hugged her. She hugged back and smiled again. " Anyways, what was the thing you wanted to tell me?" I asked, changing the topic. " Uh... I'll save it for another time." She replied looking down. " Why not now?" I asked. She smiled and said," No, not today..." ( Did you guys see what I did there?)
