A Thousand Years

Eren's POV

I stood under the tree waiting for my boyfriend, Captain Levi, to come and meet me here like he asked. As I waited a bit longer I saw Levi coming towards me. I smiled, happy to see my boyfriend had not just set me up. He finally got to me and kissed my lips, while wrapping his arms around my waist.  He pulled back and took a step back, but held onto my hands.

"Hey honey, did you wait long?" Levi asked sounding a little nervous.

"No, it's alright Levi, I'd wait forever for you." With that I kissed Levi again.

Levi pulled back again, then looked at me. He kneeled down onto one knee, and pulled out a ring that was in his pocket. I started to tear up, as I watched Levi say some things before asking me one question, I would say yes over and over too.

"...So, Eren Jaeger, will marry me?" The tears fell from my eyes and yelled yes, over and over.

"Yes! Yes, yes, yes, yes!!" Levi got, and kissed me sliding the ring onto my finger.

We went back to headquarters, and into the dining hall. Everyone was there since it was lunch. We walked up to the front of the room, holding hands, while people that saw us snickered.

"I have an announcement to make!" Levi yelled.

"Eren and I are engaged!"

People started to gasp in surprise, some people in anger, others happy for us. We answered all the questions we got like, when did this happen, how long have we been a thing, and stuff like that.

Time skip to wedding. Play music too!

P.S. they have are day music, and speakers and stuff you know.

Levi's POV

Eren and I danced as we listened to the song "A Thousand Years". We had picked it together, saying that we loved each other forever. As we kept dancing, Eren was singing softly along to the song. That night we just danced to that song, even after everyone had left.

Time skip to when Eren and Levi are fighting titans with everyone.

Eren's POV

We were fighting titans, and too many at that. Levi's squad had all been killed and it was just us now, waiting for the reinforcements. I watched how Levi cut the napes of every titan near him. I turned back to killing more titans with my hands, I was in titan form. I was nearly finished in this form, I changed back. I was coming out of my titan, now able to stay awake the whole time, when I saw 3 abnormals going for Levi. I sprang into action, knowing he couldn't take all of them, and watched as he killed two. The third was about to get him, when I pushed him out of the way, and got hit instead. The last thing I saw was Levi

"I love you."  Was the last thing I ever said.

Levi's POV

I watched as Eren pushed me out of the way, get hit by the abnormal. He flew into a tree. I watches as his blades twisted behind him, and watched as his body get sliced through from his blades, while hitting the tree. (Eren got stabed from behind in the heart, from his own blades)

I rushed over to him as fast as I could go. 'No, no no no no no!!!!' Was all I thought. I got there just to watch him close his eyes, and say, "I love you." For the last time. I sat there crying, while the reinforcements finally came and finished the titan.

Time skip

Levi's POV

"I have died everyday waiting for you,..... darling don't..... be afraid I have loved you....for-for-fo-." My voice kept cracking and stopping while I tried to sing to my lover.

"You said forever Eren." I fell to my knees and cried on my lovers grave. I was done singing, I couldn't do it without Eren.

Flashback = Bold writing

Eren and I ran through the castle, holding hands. We decided to skip training today to go and hang with each other. Erwin saw us run past him, but didn't see us holding hands. I think he knew were skipping though because he started running after us, soon Hanji joined, then Mike, and Mikasa, and Armin. They all ran after us. I then grabbed Eren and brought him too a floor no know knew about. We spent the whole rest of the day laughing and cuddling.

I just cried, and cried, just saying the words to our wedding song now.

We took some food from the pantry and went to our secret place. We got caught with the food, and had to try and run with it. The whole time, we were laughing and having a blast.

"I have loved you for a thousand years...."

Laying next to each other in the field. Smiling, holding hands.

"...I'll love you for a thousand...."

I love you Eren, more than anything.

I love you too Levi, more than forever.

"...More."
