William's POV

I was checking the Gates cinematic record

"It seems they died from a strange illness" I said to myself

"William senpai" Ronald said

"What's wrong Knox what do you want?" I asked

"The board of directors want to see you" he said

My eyes widened "why would they want to see me?" I thought

"Very well"

At the conference room

"William you probably wondering why we asked you here?" The director said

"Yes"

"You see it's about Evangeline gates" they said

"We've received word that you were in contact with her?"

"Well yes I ran into her the first day of my observation duty" I said

"You haven't developed any feelings for that girl William?" They asked

"No of course not" I said

"Good because its just a job and theirs no need for emotion in a job" they said

"Yes sir" I bowed

"Your dismissed"

In the hallway

I haven't questioned my relationship with Evangeline until now but...

I haven't realized it until now what a beautiful woman Evangeline was she was kind to everybody and was faithful in her job she had many admirers who wanted to marry her but she refused every invitation I remembered what she said to me that rainy day

Flashback

"Here you go little girl" she said giving a loaf of bread to the little girl who was staring at her

"Bless your heart miss" she thanked and left

When we arrived at her apartment I took her arm

"Evangeline I have a question"

"Why are kind to everybody and to those who don't deserve it?" I asked

"You see people weren't very kind to me when I was child they often pushed me away when I needed them most, so that's why I want to be kind to those who never experienced kindness" she said looking at her flowers

Flashback ended

"Does this girl really deserved death?" I said to myself

"William!!" Grell said

"Hello grell" I said annoyed

"Your daydreaming about that girl again" grell said

" The one I met the day I was looking for you" he said

"I'm not daydreaming about Evangeline" I argued

"You know her name that means your interested in her" he said

"I am not!" I said flustered

"William what do you see in that girl? Honestly" grell said seriously

I started thinking about her

"She's...kind and beautiful she always looks at everything positively doesn't matter what hard time she may be passing she'll always smile and face it an lie life to the fullest... I think I love that girl" I said quietly

Grell rushed towards me and grabbed my hands

"Then you should tell her William!" Grell said

"Tell her?!"

"That's the only way she'll feel the same way if you tell her, now go William,theirs no time to waste! tell Evangeline you love her" he said

"You've finally found true happiness now go be happy William" grell said

I smiled "thank you grell"

I ran outside

"That's right I'll tell Evangeline that I love her" I thought
