The reapers weakness

Times up

"Remember what I asked you William?" She asked

"......"

"I asked you what is the most beautiful death in the world"

"......"

"You answered a sleeping death"

"But now I think I know what's the most beautiful death in the world" her fleeting voie whispered

"......"

"It's to die in the arms of someone you love" she said

My eyes widen "it can't be she can't"

I held her tightly her heartbeat slowly fading

"Heh I really wanted our happiness to last forever" she smiled with tears dripping down her cheeks

"I wanted to marry you I wanted us to be happy why William why must it end like this?!" She cried

"It's not fair why can't I have happiness! why must it all be taken from me?!"

She sobbed in my chest

"Then kill me" I flatly said

"What?" She said looking up at me

"Kill me and well die together" I said

"My death scythe, it can cut through anything so it should be able to kill me" I said to her

"No!! I can't,I want you to live William, and find happiness"

"Then what's the point of living if I can't have the only thing I love?!" I snapped

"What's the meaning of living if I can't have you?! If you die my heart will die along with yours" I cried

"Don't leave me, please don't die I finally found it... true happiness, I can't have you taken from me, I won't allow it!" I begged

She placed a hand on my chest

"This is how humans differ from reapers William" she said

"We're born to die" she weakly said

"This wasn't suppose to happen you weren't suppose to die I erased your name from the to die list then why..."

Realization kicked in

"Her soul is meaningless her life is meaningless that's why even if I erased her name from the to die list she was still going to die today but they can't I can't live without her I would never be able to live with this pain"

"Evangeline my fleeting dream" I said

"Please let me end this, this hopeless wish,let me end it" I begged

"I love you William" She cried holding on to me for dear life

*Kiss*

I kissed her for the last time in my life I didn't want to but I had to

*STAB!!* I stabbed my death scythe through her

Her eyes widen in tears of sorrow

Her cinematic record came out

All the times we were together, our laughs, our cries our happiness it all faded away...

"William" she said placing a bloodied hand on my face

"I love you"

She breathed her last and died

I held her limp body as I sobbed knowing I would never find happiness ever again she died along with my heart

This was so fucking sad I tried to cry but failed terribly can't cry in public sorry
