Headache Halls

Simple headaches bounce around these halls
In my mind flowers bloom like simple stars
Snapdragons adorn your face
And breathe fire to erase
Your sins in space
Unknown artists sing so bright
Like the moon at midnight
And I just want to lose everything
Floatation device
Inner crises
Sinking deeply down
And grasping at air
Just glancing at the lights above
Like the world's fair
Keeping me at ease
Within these headache halls
And crazy looking trees
I’d bruise my knees
With the effort to meet someone new
But i just met someone true
I met the stars again,
And then I held the moon in my hands
A palm of desperation
For unearned forgiveness
Paper suns
Paper friends
And paper ones
That dream upon old trends
Sink within my hands
And those halls all fill with sand
