~One Month Later~

Finn quietly hummed as he knocked, hearing nothing so he plainly opened up Jack's  door. Yelling slightly upstairs, "I swear to god, Jack, one day your gonna hear that door open and it's not gonna be me." He put it off playfully.

Jack shuffled his feet, running past Finn, throwing on his bag. "Hi baby, bye, Baby." Jack said trying to put on his dirty vans he's had forever.

Finn stood there in disbelief. "You're the one who told me to come over as soon as possible?"

"Yeah, well you're pretty fucking slow, I'm late now for a thing with Sophia and Jaeden." He said, as he opened the door. "Come over there by 5." He dashed at the clock as it was 2:30, then quickly dashed out the door.

He opened it one more time, "Don't forget to lock the door on the way out." He winked and joked.

Finn sat there, obviously knowing what's going on. He sat on the couch on took out his phone. "This is gonna be the longest hour and a half ever." He mumbled to himself, opening up an app.

Jack rushed through the door, slamming it behind him.

"Any louder and I'm sure space could hear you." Sophia scoffed, laughing slightly.

"T-that doesn't make any sense? There's no sound in sp-" Jaeden was cut off by a hand to his mouth.

"Shush it."

"You- you guys set up without me?" Jack blushed as the banners moved slowly back and forth, while small party hats were placed in an orderly line. There was an empty space on the party sheet.

Jack grabbed his wrapped gift from his bag placing it on the table.

"What happened to the no gifts rule?"

"Boo Hoo, he'll survive." He chuckled as he opened the fridge revealing a small cake. "Happy Anniversary Asshole?" Jack read. "What the fuck happened to Happy 6 Months Babe?"

"It seemed more fit." Jaeden played it off.

"That's it I'm grabbing Finn since you guys couldn't wait without me." Jack walked out the door and grabbed his car, he only had his permit, but didn't seem important at the time.

Jack blew up Finn's phone. He stumbled out, being scared by the horn honking.

"Get In loser, we're going shopping."

Finn opened the door. "Jesus, how gayer can you get?"

"You'll find out." He scoffed, strapping his seatbelt on.

Finn peeked his head in slightly into the house. The lights were off. "Jack you brought me to Sophia's empty house? Wow, how exotic." He said as he opened the door fully.

"SUPRISE!" Jaeden and Sophia yelled as the popped their party cannons as the smoke danced in the room.

"Wow, I'm touched." Finn chuckled, looking at the cake.

"My idea." Sophia flipped her hair slightly as it just brimmed around her neck.

Jack grabbed his present.

"For me?" Finn sarcastically said.

"Of course you idiot." Jack smiled as Finn ripped through the paper.

It was a frame, Jack's wonky handwriting on a piece of paper and Finn's number, and a picture of them, looks like around the first week of school. 

The Cute Guy in English

It read under Finn's number. He smiled as he pecked Jack on the cheek.

It read on the glass, "My Forever & Always."

"Forever & Always?" Finn whispered.

"Forever & Always."
