CHAPTER 23

Chapter 23.

i unlocked the door and walked into the house.

“ Gabby?” mum yells running out from the office.

I smiled as she ran towards me sliding her arms around me.

“ where did you go, I was so worried.”

“ Australia”

“ what where you doing their” she says stepping back.

“ I went to the Murray for a few days with Jayson and Emily.”

“ you left straight after your party, no one new where you had gone”

I smiled and dropped my bag.

“ I just needed time to relax”

Mum looks at me and could tell I was hiding something.

“ is everything okay?” she asks.

I nodded.

“ you better go and tell Louis your  back” she says opening the door for me.

I nodded and took a step back.

I turned around and walked down the path.

“ I love you hair Gabby” she yells to me.

I couldn’t help but smile I did love my hair.

I knocked on Louis’s front door and waited for it to open.

I wriggled the handle to watch it open.

I walked inside and walked through the house.

I could hear giggling coming from outside so I made my way to the pool.

I opened the sliding door and saw the boys and playing in the water.

The looked at me and Louis screamed.

“ omg, Gabby”

He jumps out of the pool and runs towards me.

I land into his arms and he spins me around.

I slowly place my feet on the ground and he strokes my hair.

“ I missed you”

“ I love you” I say giving him a hug.

He looks at my hair and laughs.

“ I like it, you look more like me”

I smiled as Niall and Zayn walk towards me.

“ hello gorgeous” Niall says sliding into a hug.

I smelt his hair which always smells like Nan do’s and laughed.

“ I missed you all”

“ where did you go “ Niall asks.

“ away , I needed a brake”

“ well I’m glad your okay” Liam says walking forward.

I slowly put my arms around him and moved my body towards his.

“ I’m glad your back” he whispers before I kissed his cheek and rested my head on his.

“ is something going on?” Louis asks curious.

The boys back up and I slide my head away from I’m.

I gave them a smile and they all looked at me.

“ why did you ring Liam and not me” Louis asks shaking his head.

“ I didn’t, did you get my message?”

Louis nodded” Liam told me”

I smiled and they looked at me again.

“ when did you dye your hair?” Liam asks me.

“ a while ago, why don’t you like it” I say looking at them all.

“ I don’t mind it” Zayn says winking.

“ so where did you go?” Louis asked as I held my hot milo.

“ the Murray river”

“ what’s that??” Niall asks.

“it’s a river on the border of NSW and Victoria”

They nodded even though I new they didn’t  have a clue what  I was talking about.

“ we freaked when mum rang saying you just up and left without telling anyone where you were” Louis says to me from across the table.

“I’m sorry”

“ all that matters is that your back” Zayn says giving me a smile.

I slid my chair back and started up stairs.

“ what you doing?” Louis yells.

“ collecting my stuff “

I walked into the cold room and froze.

It looked the same way it did when everything was perfect. I grabbed my sport bag and opened the draws piling in my clothes.

 I didn’t know I had left so much here, I started to wonder what clothes I had at home.

I collected my shoes and the rest of my stuff and sat on the bed for a minute looking at the windows.

My present was still there, in the same spot it was in three weeks ago.

I stood back up and placed my sport bag around my shoulder.

I breathed in one more time before slowly walking out of the room.

“ you can stay for dinner if you like?” Louis says as I’m standing at the door.

“ I cant , I need to get home”

“ but I want you too”

I laughed and gave him a hug”

“ ill see you tomorrow”

I gave them all a hug and walked down towards my car.

“ I love you Gob” Louis screamed at the top of his lungs making me laugh.

“ I love you too”

I woke up and changed into my school uniform.

“ are you going to school sweetie?” mum asks as I walk into the kitchen.

“ yeah I was thinking about it”

“ are you sure , you can always have the day off?”

“ and what good is that doing to my education” I say with a laugh before kissing her on the cheek and walking out of the house.

Walking into home room every one stopped once they say me.

I walked down to the back row and slid into one of the spare seats.

“ nice hair”

I look up and see Brooke smiling at me.

I ignored her and reached out for my phone.

Brooke goes to the other side of the room and sits down.

“ hell!!!!!!” I send to Liam sliding my phone into my pocket and walking out of class to sport.
