Hearts are broken, heads are high.
Smirks of pride, as they walk on by.
Blonde hair flowing, lips of dark red.
They rolled their eyes as we bled.Delicate lilies, velvet rose petals.
On their shelves, a streak of gold medals.
They're standing proud, it sickens me.
As if they're the perfect human being.Icy blue eyes, Gucci heels.
Silver earrings, exquisite meals.
Pearly white teeth as they watch us rot,
Laughter in their eyes as they watch us drop.You are all so supportive! I'm #494 in poetry already. Without you, I don't think that I'd continue this. Maybe this is what I needed all along to commit to a book.
