Does it make you feel better about yourself? Does it do anything nice to the other person? No, it doesn't. So why bother? Why waste all that time and effort?

Her smile is a lie,
Her laugh is a cry,
She masks her face,
And in her head swings a mace.

For all those thoughts,
She ought to sought,
A place to be free,
From her memories.

She could not be saved,
For we stand at her grave,
Because of the life that she had taken,
The life she had forsaken.
