Chapter 17

It's been a week since Jc and I started dating. Only O2L and Tj know at the moment. We haven't told our fans because we know both of us are bound to get hate. It's not like I want to hide it, it's just our fans go a little mad sometimes.

"Hey Mae. Whatcha doing?" Tj asked.

"On Twitter following a few people. I promised them I would a month ago and I'm just now getting to it." I said while laughing.

"You're terrible!" he said trying not to laugh.

"Yeah yeah. You're no better. How are things with Mr. Dillon?"

"They're okay. I mean, he's still pretty indecisive but I think he's coming around. I think he's just afraid people are going to judge and look at him differently to be honest."

"Well I mean it is a pretty big step. Coming out and all. I'm sure he's just nervous."

"I just can't shake the feeling that he's just not into me anymore. Like Vidcon was a one time thing. He hardly ever gets cute with me anymore. I just don't know."

"I'm sure it's nothing. But if you need me you know I'm always here for you."

"Thanks Mae."

"No problem."

I was going down isle after isle at Walmart attempting to shop. I hate this place but I love food.

"Oh my god. Are you Macie Gay?"

A girl around the age of fourteen asked me.

"Yeah I am."

"I love all your videos! You and Tj are amazing! Are you aware you hit one million followers on Instagram? And almost at two million on Twitter? oh and are you and Jc dating? Please say yes! I ship you guys so hard. People are in a war trying to find ship names. Jacie is winning although I'm not sure which I like."

"Woah woah woah! Slow down! What's your name?"

"Oh gosh I'm sorry. I was rambling again. I'm Victoria."

"Well nice to meet you Victoria. And no I wasn't aware of my follower count! Thanks so much for telling me! I honestly don't pay attention to how many I have. It's not a competition to me. If Jc and I were going out I would totally go with Jacie." I said smiling.

"Can we pretty please take a picture!" she asked excitedly.

"Absolutely!"

After talking to Victoria for another fifteen minutes I finished up my shopping and headed home.

"I'm back! Is anyone going to help me!" I yelled as I entered the door.

"Hey baby. Give them to me." Jc said kissing me on the forehead.

"Thank you very much Justin."

"You're welcome princess."

After we put away the groceries I went to the living room to find a movie on Netflix.

"Which one baby?" I asked as Jc walked into the room.

"Hmm.. how about The Breakfast Club?"

"Oh my gosh I love that movie!" I say excitedly.

"Come here and cuddle with me pweassee?" He said with his puppy dog face in action.

"How can I resist?" I say smirking.

"That's my girl." he says as I slip into his arms.

Half way through the movie Tj comes home and runs upstairs as fast as he can. I start to go after him when the doorbell rings.

I open it to find a red eyed Ricky.

"Please let me in. I have to talk to Tj. Please."

Jc comes up behind me and slips his arm around my waist.

"What happened Ricky?"

"I told Tj I didn't want to be gay. I didn't want him. I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have led him on. I'm a terrible person!" he says through tears.

"Ricky, I get you're upset. But hey look at me." He looks at me through his lashes. "I don't think you two should talk right now. Give him time. If I know one thing, it's that Tj can't have an unsolved issue for long. He'll come around. I promise. Right now you need to go get some sleep."

"Okay. Thank you. Tell him I really am sorry okay?"

"Absolutely."

Jc leaned down and kissed my cheek.

"I'm gonna head home with him okay baby? I'll see you tomorrow for our video. You know you can't wait to tell everyone." he said smiling.

I pulled his head down and kiss him softly on the lips.

"You damn right."
