Jin didn't continue his sentence when I butt him in.

I cleared my throat.

I corrected him.

I calmed Jin down.

"Jin, Taehyung is right. We never did anything."

"Maybe you forgot but I still remember about a month ago."

I stuttered.

Taehyung wanted to stop Jin but I didn't let him.

He turn me around so my back was facing Taehyung while Jin look at him.
