Her~3

    The rain was hitting harder than ever on the window seal in my room. I was reading or trying to read this morning and it just wasn't working. I walked down stairs and got some coffee. The steam from the coffee filled the whole kitchen and it smelled like Starbucks. I leaned up against the counter and folded one of my arms over my stomach. My sweatshirt was to big and covered my shorts. It was my favorite outfit to wear though, it was really comfortable. 

        I was still in the kitchen when I heard a knock on the door. I walked over and looked out the window, it was Bryon. He was standing right by the flower pot with his hands in his pockets. He was mostly dry, but his hair was spiked a little from the water. He looked so cute standing there, I unlocked the door and when it opened he gave me one of those sexy smiles. 

           "Hey, uh so I was walking by and I uh wanted to stop and say hi," he started                                             "Well, we need to talk, can I come in?" he asked with a wink.                                                                         "Yeah, just come in the uh, kitchen." I stuttered.                                                                                                "Okay." he finished. 

       When he got done explaining everything I was so shocked. He had family problems too. Bryon of everyone had family issues. I poured him a cup of coffee and we talked for about an hour. He said I was the only one he could think of to talk to so he came over. I really did like him a lot and him opening up to be made my crush even stronger. 

     After he left I had an easier time reading. Something changed about me, I guess since i had a person I could talk to about my pain. I know that things are going to change between us already. Maybe things were going to get serious? Just then my mom walked in, she looked happy to see me reading and gave me a small smile. 

We are going to have guest, and I want you to be on best behavior, his parents and I have known each other for a while now." she said.  

I flashed her a smile and nodded and she walked away, I was wondering who would be staying. I finished of my coffee and went upstairs to change and look pretty for the guest. I woudn't want to ruin my mothers reputation.
