Promise

Two

"Rosalee, we are waiting for you! Come on!" I heard my brother Axel yell.

"I'm coming!" I said while hurrying out my room, and down the stairs to my family. 

Axel rolled his eyes at me as I nearly tripped over my own feet before standing right in front of them. 

"Okay Rosalee, now you know your mom and I are going to be kind of far this weekend so if you need something call Axel first. He will be able to come home the quickest. And then call me of course." He Dad lectured. My parents were going on a weekend getaway for their anniversary, and my brother was going on a business trip in place of my Dad. 

"But don't be a baby and call me every hour Rosalee.." My brother squinted his eyes at me. What crawled up his butt this morning. I just nodded my head at the two of them not caring to get in a fight today. 

"Oh Rosa, be good this weekend okay? I'll miss you so much!" My mom said while hugging me tightly. 

"I will mom. You guys have fun, I'll be fine. I love you so much, mom." 

"I love you too my sweet Rosa."

I yawned while turning off the TV. I looked over at the clock to see that it was only six. I need to wake up. I pulled the blanket off of me before heading upstairs to shower. I turned the water on, and searched for some music on my phone waiting for the water to heat up. After finding the perfect music station I peeled off my clothes and got in the shower. I danced around while washing my body. I sang as loud as I could since I had no one here  to complain. After I was clean, I got out feeling more refreshed and awake. I wrapped the towel around my body and headed to my room. 

I threw my phone down on my bed, still playing music. I slipped on an old pair of shorts, that I had from cheer leading in high school, and a t-shirt. I grabbed my hair brush and slid it through my wet hair. 

I moved my hair brush in front of my mouth and began to sing again, and dance around my room. I pretended as if I was one of those girls that looked sexy as she danced. Every now and then I couldn't help but laugh at my attempt of being sexy. 

"So baby pull me closer in the backseat of your rover.." I sang loudly before I heard the door slam loudly downstairs.

I reached my phone, and quickly turned off the music to hear what it was. After a few seconds of no sound I grew panicked. 

"Claire... Grayson...is that you?" I anxiously yelled. When I didn't get an answer I quickly dialed Claire's number. 

"Hey girl!" Claire yelled.

"Claire are you here?" I whispered. '

"What? No, you told us we weren't invited so now we are at a party!" 

"So you aren't here?" I asked.

"No girl, wanna come over-" 

"No, I think I'm in trouble, I'll call you back." I hung up on Claire and quickly dialed Axel's number. I could hear footsteps slowly coming up the stairs.

Answer Axel, please answer..

"Hi, you've reached Axel. Please leave a message and maybe I'll get back to ya.. Beep"

My bedroom door flung open, causing me to scream. A man ran up to me grabbing the phone out of my hand and hanging up. Another man stepped into my room slowly shaking his head. I could feel my heart pounding, I wanted to scream but I couldn't muster up the courage to do so. 

"Listen you are coming with us, so if you cooperate then we will be fine. Don't make me regret giving you this decision." The man in the doorway spoke lowly. I had to think quick. I had a baseball bat in my closet. 

"Pack a bag, and then we are leaving." The man spoke. Perfect. I have seen this in movies before. I slowly moved to my closet and opened the door. I reached for the baseball bat before quickly spinning around and taking a swing at their heads. The one closest to me grabbed the bat before it hit him, and ripped it out of my hands. Crap.

"I warned you not to do this Rosalee.. He isn't going to like this.." 

How does he know my name? Who is he talking about? 

I saw him approaching me with a cloth in his hand before pressing it against my mouth. I started to scream and try to hit him but it was no use. I slowly slumped to the ground as I started to see black. All black.
