Pitch Slapped

Chapter 2

''So,'' Fat Amy said as she and Beca wrote out the emails to contact the two lucky successful auditionees, ''You think it's gonna be a good year?''.

''I think it's gonna bea great year,'' Beca replied, grinning ear to ear. She was really looking forward to working with the two girls, Rachel and Skylynn. They both had great voices and she just knew they'd work perfectly with the rest of the girls. 

''So, we'll send off these emails and then get practice started on Thursday night,'' she said. In previous years, The Bellas had held a swearing in ceremony of sorts, where they would take the girls in, blindfold them, and make them take an oath and drink ''the blood of their sisters'' (which was really non-alcoholic wine) but the new Bellas decided to get rid of this. After all, it WAS kind of creepy. Just as they were finishing off the emails and sending them, Becas phone beeped. She picked it up and opened a text from Jesse.

'Hey loser, Benji is out at some magic convention tonight, comin over? ;)' it read. Beca smiled to herself and replied.

'Sure, but do I get juice boxes and Rocky?'.

''Who's that you're messaging?,'' Amy wicked at her. The Bellas all knew about Beca's relationship of course, and they all supported it, but none the elss they teased her about it constantly saying he was a ''treble maker'' which was a terrible, but funny pun. Beca smiled and told Amy that she was going to Jesse's for the night so she'd have to cancel on their plans to get McDonalds and chill out in their room. 

''Seriously?,'' Amy laughed. ''Have fun, and don't get in treble''. Beca laughed as she left their room and headed off towards Jesse's.

hey guys, I'm really really sorry about the lack of update. I've been so busy with school, it's my last year and there has been so much stress with exams, doing projects, yearbook club and organising graduation as well as prom! I'm super excited to be back writing though, and I hope you guys like the new chapter. I know its lagging but I promise it'll pick up and get better. My exams start in a week and last two weeks so updates may be few and far between but soon as summer hits I'll have plenty of time to write! Till next time,
