"I told you, I'm useless" she sobbed. I smiled.
"You are the spirit element, Eve. You're the only one powerful enough to connect to those who have passed and find out the cause" I spoke. She nodded and closed her eyes with her hands clasped into her lap. The wind picked up and we no longer were in the graveyard, we were in an alternate reality, the same graveyard, but the deceased were floating. I smiled and hugged Eve.
"You did it!" I spoke. She looked amazed and stood up.
"What do I do now?" She asked. I smiled.
"Now we speak to them of course" I cheered. She nodded and looked at herself. She wore a flows white dress with light blonde hair and her skin was very pale. She kneeled down into a pool of water and admired her reflection.
"I'm beautiful" she spoke. I smiled.
"You are"

"You are"

"Wait... Why don't I have any wings?" She spoke.
"You're not a faerie. You're a spirit fae. You're from our world but you're not of our species. You're one of a kind. But very similar" I spoke. She nodded and we walked over to the group of people in which I clearly recognised.
"Mom, dad" I sobbed, running up to them, but they were just wisps of fog. I crouched on my knees and let tears fall down my face. Eve walked over and hugged me. I hugged her back and stood up.
"Mom, Dad. Do you know what happened?" I asked. They nodded and walked towards me, brushing my face.
"Don't cry Princess Sim. We're here" they ushered. I wiped my face and nodded. Father walked towards me.
"This is your destiny. You only lived this because of the power that is manifested in your sole. The power of a new generation. We just weren't powerful enough" they spoke. I nodded.
"But how did the humans suddenly get powers?"
"That's the question only one knows the answer to. Travel to the Meadow north of the Reason. There you will meet the earth spirits of your element. Go... Go for you must hurry. Until the next full moon. Then it'll be too late" he spoke. I nodded and grabbed Eve's hand, watching as she closed her eyes and we returned back to the graveyard once more.
"You did wonderfully" I spoke as I turned around, spotting the other three with their objects.

I sat on my knees and place the burning twigs from the Great Pit and placed them into a octagonal shape, placing the rainbow crystal from Dew in the centre and finally the flower scattered in the middle. I ushered the others to sit down and we clasped our ands together, repeating "The Reason" until we felt a gust of wind blow us away. I let go of Eve's hand and opened my eyes, smiling. What I once remember as a quiet mountainside with trees everywhere, now was empty and you could hear a single pin drop in the eerie quietness. The others looked at the place amazed, but I frowned. We needed to hurry.
"Come on, we have three days" I spoke, looking up at the sky.
"We'd better rest. It's getting late." I spoke. They nodded and I leaned against a tree, closing my eyes.
