Request on Tumblr: Hi. I was wondering if you could write a story about Fred and Y/N (Slytherin) keeping their relationship secret but their friends eventually find out. Hermione takes it well. But Blaise and Ron just freak out. Something like that.

"Fred, stop it!" you said to your boyfriend. You tried to push him away but he kept on kissing you in the hallway.

"Fred!" you said again but now a bit louder.

"What?" he asked.

"We can't just kiss here in public. What if someone sees us?! What if Umbridge sees us?"

Fred sighed. "You know y/n. I don't really care that someone finds out. You're my girlfriend and I'm proud of it."

Your heart melted by his confession and you gave him quick another kiss on the lips.

"I know. But I'm a Slytherin, you're a gryffindor. People will think we're not a match made in heaven. There aren't many people who are fond of a Slytherin and-"

"There's no 'and' y/n. I love you, that's the only thing that matters!" Fred tried to comfort you.

"I don't know Fred.."

"But I do!" he said and kissed you again.

"Excuse me?!" someone interrupted your kiss. You immediately tried to hide behind Fred.

"Oi, little brother!" Fred grinned.

"Is that y/n?" Ron asked.

"Where?"

"Behind your back you idiot.."

"Uh well.. for a matter of a fact.. yes!" Fred mumbled. You walked from behind Fred his back and waved a bit awkwardly at Ron, Hermione and Harry. There was a silence between the five of you.

"I should go to class!" you spoke. "I'll see you around!" you said to Fred and left the four alone.

"We're you just snogging y/n l/n?" Ron asked his older brother with disgust.

Hermione gave him a smack on his head. "You can't just ask something like that?!"

"Yes I can! He's my brother and I have the right to know who he's snogging!" he said to Hermione.

"Listen, you can't be together with someone like her. She's a Slytherin and-"

"Do you know her?" Fred asked with clenched teeth.

"No but-"

"Then you've no right to say such a things about my girlfriend!" he spoke hard to his brother.

"You're girlfriend?! Are you crazy?!" Ron yelled at his brother. "She's the enemy!" Fred rolled his eyes and left the three alone. Not paying further attention to his brother.

"The enemy.. Ronald Weasley.. Are you serious?!" Hermione asked.

"Yes, she's the enemy. She's a Slytherin. You can't trust someone like that.."

It didn't took long before some other people in Slytherin knew too that you're dating Fred Weasley. The glances you got from some people and the whispers when you walked past them, were difficult to handle. And the remarks you got from Blaise made you feel really worthless. One day he had confronted you again with your relationship with Fred.
