Adrian woke up to blood curdling screams. As he ran to the sound he burst threw then ER doors to see Rose laying on the cold metal table twitching. Slender Man was next to her, his tentacles holding knifes, each holding one smaller then the other. "I need you to clean the blood" Slender Man said quietly as Blanden put a tube in the gaping hole of Rose's chest and stomach area, Adrian just stood there watching Rose lay awake on the table while she was being cut open and blood sometimes come out of her mouth if she coughed. Blanden looked up at Adrian, "Adrian," she said "come hear quick. I need you to stitch the bullet hold closed", Adrian slowly walked over to Rose, peeking at what Slender Man was doing. Adrian saw he cut open Rose stomach to remove old undigested meat that most likely fueled her hunger for flesh, Adrian went pale and his face turned a shade of green. He stepped back a little an tool some deep breaths, Adrian quickly returned to Blanden ad help her stitch the bullet hole closed after removing the bullet. "This isn't good... She has an expanded appendix..." Slender said, quite upset "So cut it out!" Adrian yelled, his voice making Rose start twitching but then stop. "It's not that easy," Blanden whispered to Adrian "She needs her appendix so she can eat flesh, her appendix holds the diseases that are in the flesh".

Adrian was laying on an operation table asleep, Blanden was working on removing Adrian's appendix and moving it to Rose. Slender Man worked hard and long but they managed to save Rose but... Adrian... Not so much. Slender Man stitched up Adrian in case he woke up so his insides won't fall out of rot, Blanden picked up the now healthy Rose and carried her like a child. Slender Man sent Rose and Blanden out to go meet the others while he stayed and waited for Adrian to wake up.
